Bando Isuzu (坂東いすず Bando Isuzu?) is one of the movie exclusive characters from Doki Doki! Pretty Cure: Mana Kekkon!!? Mirai ni Tsunagu Kibō no Dress. She is also known to take form as a fairy known as Bebel (ベーベル Bēberu?).
