Cait Sith (ケットシー)? is a movie-exclusive character who appears in the Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure movie. He is the founder and director of the theme park Dreamia (ドリーミア)?, and also the main antagonist of the movie.

Appearance[]
Cait Sith is a bear-like creature with pale teal fur, which has dark teal patches on his hands, feet, ears, eyebrows, and tail. He has bright blue eyes with red pupils. Cait Sith wears a red bow tie featuring a gold flower brooch around his neck, along with a green top hat that has a yellow zigzag trim.
In his human form, he appears as a boy with short teal hair and retains his distinctive red-pupiled blue eyes.
Personality[]
Cait Sith was once a hopeful and gifted prodigy who aimed to help others and bring them joy. However, after experiencing betrayal, he became misguided and selfish, overwhelmed by his own trauma and harboring a deep distrust of adults. Eventually, he was purified and persuaded to change, allowing him to return to his kind and caring self, with his heart back in the right place.
Relationships[]
- Nagomi Yui: A girl who befriended him when he was younger. He is grateful for what she had done to him, but is upset and angered when she is against his ideology, and wants to force her to accept his mindset. However, he finally understands why she chooses to help him, and changes his ways.
Etymology[]
His name is of Scottish Gaelic origin, being a feline fairy creature from Celtic mythology.[1]
History[]
Cait Sith's real identity is an orphaned little boy who Yui met when they were both children, when Yui invited and befriended him by making him a kid's lunch. They promised to make lunches for each other when they met again. He became a researcher when he grew up, and was admired by several researchers for his extraordinary talents. They let him study the Delicious Stone, which he found that with its power, people's feelings can be transformed into positive energy for the benefit of mankind. But he was soon betrayed, because the researchers' real purpose were to steal his scientific research and misuse the Delicious Stones for world domination. They even mocked him and his dream for being too naive and pure. He became enraged as he thought there was nothing wrong with his dream, and that they were the ones in the wrong. Suddenly, the Delicious Stone responded to his feelings, which turned the evil researchers into dolls, and Cait Sith's appearance was also changed as a result. Because of this trauma, Cait Sith decided to establish Dreamia and trap all of the children from Oishiina Town, while also turning all the adults into dolls.
At first, Cait Sith welcomes Yui and her friends to Dreamia, and together they have lots of fun within his amusement park, although it's strange for him to refuse eating kid's lunch himself. However, after his robots turn Rosemary into a doll, the girls become suspicious and decide to question him about his intentions. Only to discover that he decided to rid the world's adults to preserve his dream, by turning the young children's parents into dolls as well. As Yui also recognizes him and is too emotional to transform, Cait Sith gets away and activates Dreamia as a robot to put his plan into action. But with the Cures and their Energy Fairies having understood the trauma he has gone through, they not only resist being turned into dolls, but they also successfully purify him back to his human self.
Precious and Kome-Kome then dive deep into his heart, where they watch him mourn over his horrible actions and his loss of innocence, which is why he no longer wants to eat kid's meals. However, both girls encourage Cait Sith to accept himself and share his dreams with everyone else, as he will never be alone. He then thanks Kome-Kome before he departs with Dreamia to figure out his dream again. In the end, he opens a restaurant as the head chef to bring smiles to children with his kid's lunches.
Abilities[]
Cait Sith is capable of inventing and building robotics. He is also knowledgeable enough to create a new power source to power an entire moving infrastructure through his own Special Delicious Stone.

- His animal form is a manifestation of the cat creature Yui drew for him when they were both younger.
- He made a cameo in episode 44, watching in surprise when his own mascot joins the lucky cats to help the Cures.
