Mascots

Mascots are the supportive "cutesy" creatures that aid the Pretty Cure in their quest. When there is a specific mascot who needs to be cared for, they are often accompanied by another mascot. They are often something other-worldly or spiritual, and more often than not, they are of a species of Fairies.

Although originally appearing as supporting characters who needed help from the Pretty Cures, in recent seasons, mascots can also become part of an official Pretty Cure team's members. Mascots have also diversified in species, from solely being fairies to other types of creatures or animals, or even humanoids.
