Cinderella (シンデレラ Shinderera)^? is a movie-exclusive character who appears in Smile Pretty Cure!: Ehon no Naka wa Minna Chiguhagu!, and one of the five official fairy tale characters.

Appearance[]

Cinderella has long blonde hair falling down in the front, with the back tied up in a bun. In her normal form, she wears a pink ball gown with a white layer of frills underneath, a red ribbon tied up in the back, and a red rose in front. Around her neck is a white necklace. She wears long white opera gloves on her arms, and she also has red earrings.

In her evil form, her appearance changes to a darker palette with black, purple, and grey. She also gains bat-like wings.

Personality[]

Cinderella is seen to be very kind and caring. However, she can also be presented as a bit of a crybaby as she worries that if the prince discovers she is large and very tall, he will not like her and reject her at the ball.

History[]

After Nico rearranges the positions of the fairy tale main characters, Cinderella finds herself in Sun Wukong's home. Akane, who has transformed into the One-Inch Boy, unexpectedly collides with Cinderella while flying. Cinderella asks if Akane is a fairy, but she is corrected.

Akane then questions Cinderella about her presence in this strange place. Cinderella explains that on her way to the ball, she mysteriously grew large and begins to cry, fearing her prince won't love her in this state.

Nico then uses her ability to turn Cinderella and the other characters evil. As a result, Cinderella blames Akane for preventing her from seeing her prince and begins to chase after her and the other girls, joined by the rest of the fairy tale characters. Eventually, Cinderella is purified after they rid themselves of the demons possessing their shadows.

At the end of the movie, Cinderella is seen back in her story at the ball, dancing with her prince.
