The Cure Decor (キュアデコル )? (called Glitter Charms in Glitter Force) are special pieces that can be used either to revive the Queen of Märchenland or bring about the Worst Ending. Each Cure Decor piece symbolizes the source of power of happiness of the Queen. The Cure Decors are stored inside the Decor Décor.
Appearance[]
The Cure Decors are shaped like various things such as animals, foods, flowers, and cosmetics with the Smile! logo engraved in them. They all have a small ribbon with a heart-shaped jewel attached.
The transformation Cure Decors are all shaped like ribbons and each one has a different color and shape in the middle depending on the Cure. Happy's is pink with a heart, Sunny's is red with a circle, Peace's is yellow with a star, March's is green with a gem shape, and Beauty's is blue with a diamond shape. The Smile! Cures dance on giant platforms shaped like their respective Cure Decors in the first ending, Yay! Yay! Yay!.
The first power-up Cure Decors are jewel-like and are shaped after the symbols on their transformation decors.
The Princess Cure Decors have a gold wing-shaped base and a gold ribbon with a heart-shaped gem in the respective Cure's color in the middle. Like the transformation decors, the Cures each have a different symbol on theirs. Happy's is a cherry blossom, Sunny's is a rose, Peace's is a group of stars, March's is a four-leaf clover, and Beauty's is a snowflake.
The Ultra Cure Decor is a gold and white ribbon with the Smile! insignia engraved in the middle. It also has a pair of small white wings with a gold border and a larger pair of pale pink wings behind it. Unlike the previous decors, this one is the same for all five Cures.
Powers[]
When set into the Smile Pact (and the Royal Clock, starting in episode 33), each Cure Decor piece will produce a specific item or grant the girls some power or ability. Most of these pieces were stolen by Pierrot before the beginning of the story, when he attacked Märchenland and sealed its Queen. The stolen pieces were stored in Red Noses which the Bad End Kingdom villains use to create the Akanbe monsters.
The Transformation Cure Decor are used by the girls to transform into Pretty Cures.
Five Power-Up Cure Decor, shaped like jewels, give the Cures the ability to power-up to their next form, Tiara Mode, and perform the group purification attack Rainbow Healing.
Five Princess Cure Decor allow the Cures to go to their third form, Princess Form, and allows the group to do Rainbow Burst with the Princess Candles.
There is another special decor called the Ultra Cure Decor. It first appears in episode 40, where it grants Cure Sunny a powered-up version of Sunny Fire, and does the same for the other Cures in subsequent episodes.
