Cure Empress has sharp, dark pink eyes. Her long, thick, curled green hair is tied up in a bun with a fuchsia ribbon, while her forelocks are adorned with gold bindings. She has straightened bangs with a split in the center. She wears a white dress with red lining and pastel blue details. A sleeveless vest is layered over it with fuchsia detail, and around her waist is a yellow cloth tied into a ribbon. Her outfit is completed with white and red sleeves with pastel purple detail at the bottom. She wears shorts and plain white boots, along with a turquoise necklace.

Cure Empress (キュアエンプレス?) (Known as Glitter Empress in the Glitter Force Doki Doki Dub) is one of the Legendary Pretty Cure from Doki Doki! Pretty Cure. She was the original user of the Magical Lovely Pad. Cure Heart bears a striking resemblance to her, as pointed out by Cure Empress' fairy partner, Melan.

The Legendary Pretty Cure were later able to lock away the Jikochu inside a seal deep inside the base of the Trump Kingdom's chamber itself. It was also the place where the Eternal Golden Crown was used as a seal in order to keep the Jikochu, locked away. The seal was then hidden away by Melan, along with the Miracle Dragon Glaive, which was later handed down to Trump Kingdom's royal family; along with all Three Treasures in their possession. It was later revealed that Cure Empress, Cure Magician, and Cure Priestess fought King Selfish, but lost. Since the event took place 10,000 years ago, many say Cure Empress is already dead.
