Deliver It To You! My Sweet Heart (あなたに届け！マイスイートハート Anata ni Todoke! Mai Suīto Hāto)? is the 49th and final episode of Doki Doki! Pretty Cure and is the 486th episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
In the English dub, Glitter Force Doki Doki, it is called "The Last Battle" and is the 30th and final episode.
Summary[]
Bel swallows the fragment of King Jikochuu and he becomes the host for the Proto Jikochuu. The girls fight him but he is too powerful. The Proto Jikochuu restrains Heart and extracts her Psyche, turning it black and causing her to plummet to the ground. However, the Psyche resists and returns to Heart. The three treasures and the four Cures gives her the power transform her into her Pantheon Mode and she defeats the Proto Jikochuu with My Sweet Heart, turning the Earth and Trump Kingdom back to normal. Trump Kingdom is now a republic and Regina starts attending Oogai School and the six girls sworn that they will protect the world and face the future together.

Synopsis[]
Bel consumes the remains of King Jikochuu. However, instead of gaining the king's power, the dark power overtakes him, resulting in transforming him into a new entirely new entity called Proto Jikochuu. Proto Jikochuu threatens them and unleashes his power, and the girls then say that they will defeat him, as they will not let him hit their friends, and they all transform. Everyone begins to fight, but Proto Jikochuu's powers are stronger, and he throws buildings towards them. The Cures try to dodge them, but Proto Jikochuu acts faster. Cure Sword performs Holy Sword in which she cuts buildings while Regina fights alongside them. Cure Diamond, along with Ace, fight together. However, Proto Jikochuu overcomes the two while the Cures have difficulty fighting. Later, they all gather and perform Royal Lovely Straight Flush, but Proto Jikochuu is not purified. With his powers, he then uses his super speed to beat up all of the girls before blasting them with a gigantic beam.
Everyone in the town wonders if they are alright, while the mascots try to awake the Cures. Proto Jikochuu then talks again, but gets interrupted by Cure Heart as she again says many things about love and hope. Proto Jikochuu is not happy and fights Heart brutally. As Heart is about to be defeated, Proto Jikochuu then uses dark energy to take Cure Heart's Psyche and turn it black, and succeeds as Cure Heart falls on the ground. This panics her friends. Her friends come by, and try to bring her back into consciousness again. As this happens, Cure Heart's psyche suddenly becomes good again and re-enters her body. Soon, all of them gather and Cure Heart rises as all the other Cures give their power. And with the Three Legendary Treasures, Cure Heart manages to turn into a new form called Parthenon Mode.
Heart fights Proto Jikochuu and finds it easy as she has super speed and super strength. She kicks him up into space and follows him up there to fight him some more. Joe says that now Heart has the power exceeding even the Big Bang. Heart then kicks Proto Jikochuu back down to Earth and into the ocean. Underwater, Proto Jikochuu then awakens and tries to fight again, but Heart performs an upgraded version of My Sweet Heart, which traps him. While he is trapped, he tells them that even if he's defeated, he'll always be able to come back as long as there is selfishness in people's hearts. Heart is accepting of this and says that everyone has selfish thoughts but can fight those thoughts with their friends' help. Soon, the attack succeeds and Proto Jikochuu disappears. Meanwhile in the Trump Kingdom, everything becomes normal and all the citizens return.
While on Earth, everyone is happy. However, Makoto is upset that Marie Ange will never come back. But then, Marie Ange appears as she tells everyone that she's thankful to have had them in her life. Makoto is still upset, so Marie Ange says that her life force remains in Ai, so she'll always be with her. Then, she disappears while everyone mourns her. Everyone hugs Ai as they watch her go. As everyone gathers later on, Ira and Marmo watch them before leaving with Bel, who has turned into a Jikochuu mouse.
The next day, Mana and Rikka walk to school together, while Alice and Reina ride to their school in a limo. Saotome Jun, who is now the student council president, greets Mana and Rikka. Soon, Regina appears in their school's uniform and joins Mana. At the elementary school, Aguri shows her cooking skills. Meanwhile, the Trump Kingdom and Earth have increased their trade due to the hole created by King Jikochuu. In fact, the Trump Kingdom has now become the Trump Republic, with Joe serving as its president. Before Makoto goes on stage to perform in front of the Trump Kingdom, she shares with Mana what she has learned from their friendship. As Makoto is going to prepare for her final song, all of the sudden the lights went out, which means it has been interrupted. Someone then informs Mana about a falling satellite heading towards Oogai Town. They all transform (except for Regina) to save the city, then they fly off together and pose as the episode ends.

- This episode marks the end of Doki Doki! Pretty Cure, with Happiness Charge Pretty Cure! taking over in its initial time slot.
