Nagomi Hikaru[]
Nagomi Hikaru (和実ひかる)? is Yui's father, Akiho's husband, and Yone's son-in-law. Hikaru works as a fisherman, and is currently on a fishing trip with Shinada Monpei. Before he married Akiho, Hikaru's full name was originally Shioda Hikaru (潮田ひかる)?.
20 years ago, Hikaru visits the Nagomi house in hopes of seeing Akiho, however he is told by Yone that she is away studying how to be a chef. Hikaru sticks around for Ginger's farewell party.DPPC38
Hikaru has messy brown hair, and brown eyes. He wears a white t-shirt beneath a black jacket that has pink accents and a pink fish logo, black sweatpants, and indigo and white sneakers. He has some facial hair below his nose and chin.
Hikaru is voiced by Kiuchi Hidenobu. He shares his given name with Kujou Hikaru / The boy in the mansion from Futari wa Pretty Cure Max Heart, and Hoshina Hikaru from Star☆Twinkle Pretty Cure.
Tamaki Wakana[]
Tamaki Wakana (玉木わかな)? is a second-year female student and also Yui's friend from Shinsen Middle School's soccer club, who debuted in episode 1. She is athletic and deligent, but also caring.
She is usually looked after by her father, Tamaki Mashiba. Due to Mashiba's job, she rarely gets to see him, and mostly eats the meals he cooked for her alone. She has always wanted her father to rest, and disagrees with Yui's grandmother's words, as she thinks that she should earn her father's love by strengthening her own skills. But the next day, Wakana thanks Yui for cheering her up. Wakana comes up with a better way to help her father, while also having the time to finally eat a meal with him properly.DPPC39
Wakana has brown eyes, and long olive hair tied into a ponytail. She usually wears the female school uniform. At soccer practice, she wears the sports uniform. For casual wear, she wears a dark orange-striped white shirt, a dark green skirt, and long brown socks, coupled with a blue-collared green hooded jacket.
Wakana is voiced by Hasegawa Ikumi.
Tamaki Mashiba[]
Tamaki Mashiba (玉木ましば)? is Wakana's father, who debuted in episode 39. He is the main caretaker and parent of Wakana, and loves her dearly. However, he always overworks himself both in cooking and working. This tires him out, and leaves him with little time to rest or spend time with Wakana.
After overworking himself again, Mashiba collapses in front of Yui, who invites him and Wakana to her house for dinner. Despite still feeling tired, he insists that he's fine and that Wakana doesn't have to worry about him. But the next day, Mashiba finally realizes that Wakana just wants him to rest and eat a meal with him. Mashiba then happily eats dinner with Wakana at Nagomi Diner.DPPC39
Mashiba is a middle-aged man with neat brown hair. He wears a pair of glasses. As a salaryman, he wears a white shirt, a green tie, a dark green suit, a black belt, and brown shoes.
Mashiba is voiced by Sōma Kōichi.
Endo Iroha, Takada Risa and Nagase Ena[]
Endo Iroha (遠藤いろは)?, Takada Risa (高田りさ)? and Nagase Ena (長瀬えな)? are second-year female students who are recurring minor characters from Yui, Kokone and Ran's class in Shinsen Middle School, who debuted in episode 6. At first, they don't know how to approach Kokone as they find her too high-class for them. They keep trying to help her even when she can do things by herself. After Kokone saves them from being stuck in the shed after Gentlu's attack, they realize she is kind and friendly, where they start being her friends.
Iroha has long brown hair with straight-cut bangs tied into two ponytails with pink scrunchies, and brown eyes. She shares her given name with Inukai Iroha from Wonderful Pretty Cure!.
Risa has dark green eyes and a dark green bobcut, with a green-yellow head-band.
Ena has red eyes and shoulder length auburn hair with curled tips and bangs. She shares her surname with Nagase Mayumi from Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure!.
Iroha, Risa and Ena are some of the very few civilians who have seen an Ubauzo in the season.
Iroha is voiced by Tanaka Takako, Risa is voiced by Kawamura Rie, and Ena is voiced by Shimabukuro Miyuri.
Honma Tomoe[]
Honma Tomoe (本間ともえ)? is a third-year female student from Shinsen Middle School, who debuted in episode 14. She is an emotional girl who has a crush on Shinada Takumi but is too nervous to wait for his response, until Rosemary and the girls encourage her. Although her confession is rejected by Takumi, she remains friends with him.
Tomoe has brown eyes and shoulder-length brown hair with a pink hair-clip. She wears a teal cardigan on top of a white-collared blouse, peach orange skirt, white socks, and brown shoes.
Tomoe is voiced by Shimabukuro Miyuri.
Takagi Shinpei[]
Takagi Shinpei (高木晋平)? is a second-year male student who is a recurring minor character in Yui, Kokone and Ran's class in Shinsen Middle School, who debuted in episode 4. He is prone to spreading rumors and lies at school, but in reality he is very lonely after his older brother, who usually looks after him since his childhood due to their busy parents and their family shop, has gone overseas to study.
In episode 16, he rudely mocks Ran for her habits of vividly describing foods, causing her to feel depressed. However, after Ran learns the reason behind his lying habit, he receives kindness from her through the meat stew lunchbox she made for him, where he starts to be on friendlier terms with her.
Shinpei is a teenage boy with dark brown eyes and also light brown hair tied into a small ponytail. He is usually wearing the male school uniform. His casual wear consists of a red hoodie, cream colored pants, and black and white sneakers.
Shinpei is voiced by Kanze Noriaki.
Yamakura Moe[]
Yamakura Moe (山倉もえ)? is a third-year female student and the the vice president of the Shinsen Middle School student council, who debuted in episode 17. Back when she couldn't do well in a piano competition, she was emotionally crushed until Amane told her not to overthink and gave her fruit punch to cheer her up. She is shocked and devastated when learning that Amane wants to quit being the council president, but to her relief Amane soon changes her own mind.
During Amane's last cultural festival in episode 37, Moe, along with Amane's brothers, come across Narcistoru, who they all think is a teacher. They force him to help them fix an electrical appliance, but she and the brothers give him a candied apple as gratitude.
Moe has dark green eyes, and short black hair with curled bangs. She usually wears the female school uniform. Her casual wear consists of a dark turqouise sweater with multicolored stripes, and brown shorts. Her alternate casual clothes are a light yellow sweater matched with a white dress-shirt, light brown shorts, black leggings, white socks, and dark brown shoes.
Moe is voiced by Hasegawa Ikumi. She shares her given name with Haruno Moe, a minor character from Go! Princess Pretty Cure.
Minato Yosuke[]
Minato Yosuke (湊陽佑)? is an acquaintance of Takumi's, and the owner of the vegetable store. He debuted with his childhood friend, Asae in episode 22. He wants to apologize to Asae for having an argument with her by giving her the "legendary crepe", but is rather hesitant until Takumi helps him. They both visit Asae at the hospital to apologize, and as gratitude he gives Takumi extra vegetables. He has some feelings for Asae.
Yosuke is a tall young man with a musclar build, brown hair hidden under a red cap, a green apron with stripes and his shop logo, black T-shirt, red gloves, grey-blue trousers, and grey-lilac sneakers. He usually has a yellow towel wrapped around his neck. He has olive eyes.
Yosuke is voiced by Yasumura Makoto.
Sakurai Asae[]
Sakurai Asae (櫻井麻恵)? is Yosuke's childhood friend who debuted in episode 22. Due to her weak immune system, she has always been hospitalized since childhood. She is always grateful of Yosuke looking out for her by buying her crepes, and accepts his apology when he gives her the "legendary crepe".
Asae is a young lady with brown eyes and long brown hair that is tied into a side ponytail. She is usually in pink hospital garb and green slippers, due to mostly being hospitalized. When outside of hospital, she wears a dark pink hoodie, dark brown trousers, and light brown shoes as her casual wear.
Asae is voiced by Kawamura Rie.
Hanamichi Tsurune[]
Hanamichi Tsurune (華満つるね)? is Ran, Rin and Hanamichi Run's mother, and Hanamichi Koshinosuke's wife. Together with her husband, they run the ramen shop Panda Hut, while always being on the same wavelength. Like her husband, she is a dedicated and loving parent. She first appeared in episode 7 with Koshinosuke. She has also known Yui's late grandmother Nagomi Yone for some time before Yone passed away.
Tsurune is a plump woman with freckles, red eyes, and chin length curled up brown hair. She wears an orange blouse with a pink collar and cuffs, and unmatched socks. Like her husband, when working she wears a panda hat and a red apron with a white "Pa" (ぱ)? symbol on the front.
Tsurune is voiced by Kobayashi Ai.
Hanamichi Run[]
Hanamichi Run (華満るん)? is Ran and Rin's younger brother, and Tsurune and Koshinosuke's youngest son. He first appeared in a flashback in episode 7 before he debuted with Rin in episode 27. He is a curious child. He and Rin are happy to meet and befriend Kome-Kome, although he and Rin's comments unintentionally hurt Kome-Kome's feelings. Run and Rin then stumble across Ran wearing fox ears and tail. Run decides to imitate his sisters to cheer up Kome-Kome, and he and his sisters are happy to see an older Kome-Kome.
Run has short scruffy brown hair and red eyes. He wears a beige T-shirt with green patches on his sleeves and collar, blue shorts, and red sneakers.
Run is voiced by Yamaguchi Akane.
Kokone's Aunt[]
Kokone's aunt is a woman who's also Fuwa Hatsuko's older sister, who only appeared in a flashback during episode 23. She was the person who advised Kokone to be less selfish to her parents, which unknowingly caused Kokone to become afraid to express her desires to them as she grew up.
Based on the flashback, she was a woman with short dark blue hair, and dark green eyes. She wore orange lipstick, a pair of pale blue oval earrings, a light brown suit, a white undershirt, and a brown satchel.
She is voiced by Hanba Tomoe.
Fujino Miyako and Fujino Takao[]
Fujino Miyako (藤野みやこ)? and Fujino Takao (藤野タカオ)? are a married couple who both debuted in episode 30. They run their fried noodles restaurant Teppen Fujino, and love each other very much. Five years ago, Takao, who was a regular, and Miyako had mutual feelings for each other, but struggled to express their feelings until Yone gave them encouragement. They compete with Rosemary in the Street Food Grand Prix with their special seafood yakisoba, where they both are crowned champions. Takao adopted Miyako's surname.
Miyako has olive eyes, and brown hair tied up into a side ponytail by a red bead-like hairband. She usually wears a light green T-shirt and maroon trousers.
Takao has dark blue eyes, and scruffy short brown hair. He usually wears a lilac T-shirt and olive green trousers, and a white headband on his head.
Both Miyako and Takao wear dark blue aprons with their shop's logo and black wrist-cuffs when working.
Miyako is voiced by Tanaka Takako, and Takao is voiced by Kanemasa Ikuto.
Genma Itak[]
Genma Itak (ゲンマ・イタック)? is Maira Isuki's butler from Isuki Island. He has been Maira's butler since she was a child. He was ordered to always be there to protect Maira, but his strictness instead just put pressure on the young girl.
When Genma visits Oishiina Town with Maira, he escorts Yui who is disguised as Maira around the town. He realizes that Yui isn't Maira but keeps quiet about it. Nevertheless, Genma tells Yui about his past with Maira. However, they are ambushed by Sanza Isuki's generals, who take Genma and Yui as prisoners. After Genma is saved by Cure Precious, he admits to Yui that he knows she isn't Maira. At the ceremony venue, Genma apologizes to Maira, where he makes amends with the princess.
Genma has grey hair tied into a ponytail, and brown eyes. He wears a dark brown tuxedo with a grey vest, white dress shirt, white gloves, a dark blue tie held together by a teal gemstone, and black shoes. He is a strict and well-mannered man with sharp intuition, but he also has a kind heart as well.
Genma is voiced by Tani Atsuki.
Sanza Isuki[]
Sanza Isuki (サンザー・イースキ)? is Maira Isuki's older cousin, and also a prince from Isuki Island. Unlike his younger cousin, Sanza is arrogant, evil and cruel, believing that Maira is ineligible to become queen and wants to become the king instead. He is also spoiled and childish, and is prone to throwing tantrums. He first appeared in episode 31.
He and his henchmen kidnap Yui, Genma Itak (Maira's butler), and Maira's maids while they are on their way to the speech venue in an attempt to stop Maira from delivering her speech. However, Yui transforms into Cure Precious and outsmarts him and his henchmen. Throughout the encounter, he remains unaware that Yui isn't Maira.
In the last episode, it is revealed that he has been demoted, due to his past misdeeds.
Sanza has blue eyes and long, curly platinum blonde hair. He wears a golden crown on his head, a red cape with an amulet, a multi-colored blue puffy-sleeved raiment with white sleeves and a yellow trim, white pants, and brown boots. After being demoted, he wears a plain blue garb with a yellow rim and brown belt, and he no longer has his crown.
Sanza is voiced by Yonai Yuki.
Asai Matasaburo[]
Asai Matasaburo (浅井又三郎)? is an old friend of Nagomi Yone prior to Yone's passing, and was also acquainted with Rosemary's master, Ginger. He debuted in episode 34 with his grandson, Kosuke.
A diligent, strict, and serious man, he was a professional chef who retired and traveled around the globe after his retirement. Together with Yone, they created their own special oden recipe. When Kosuke gets fed up and refuses to appreciate his oden stew, Matasaburo gets into a huge argument with him. However, after talking things out with Takumi, he understands his grandson's perspective better, so he and Kosuke can reconcile.
Matasaburo is an old man with grey hair and thick eyebrows, and dark green eyes. He wears a brown yellow-cuffed jacket, with a pair sunglasses he wears on his head, as well as a yellow tropical-patterned shirt, white trousers with a brown belt that he tuck into his black shoes.
Matasaburo is voiced by Saito Jiro.
Asai Kosuke[]
Asai Kosuke (浅井宏輔)? is Matasaburo's grandson who also debuted with his grandfather in episode 34.
Unlike his grandfather, Kosuke is more energetic and sporty, and prefers to become a pro baseball player when he grows older. This puts him at odds with Matasaburo, who wants him to inherit the family tradition, resulting in an argument over oden stew. However, after Yui consoles Kosuke about cherishing his grandparents, he gets to play a baseball game with the girls, Rosemary and Takumi. Afterwards, Kosuke finally understands his grandfather's love and care for him, so he can reconcile with Matasaburo. He also has a crush on Yui, which is why he challenges Takumi during the baseball game.
Kosuke is a young boy with green eyes, and spikey brown hair. His eyes are dark green. He wears a white baseball shirt with an orange collar and logo, a black long-sleeved undershirt, green pocketed shorts, black socks, and a pair of orange and white colored sneakers.
Kosuke is voiced by Urushiyama Yūki.
Gal Sone[]
Gal Sone (ギャル曽根)? is a famous competitive eater and singer in Japan. She makes a guest appearance in episode 36 to visit different restaurants in Oishiina Town with Tatemoto Hanna (Tatemotte).
Gal Sone has long curly dark brown hair, and brown eyes. She wears black-framed square glasses, a long pink dress with white frilly trims, and brown boots.
Gal Sone is voiced by her real-life counterpart.
Kasai Botan and Kasai Shuichi[]
Kasai Botan (菓彩ぼたん)? and Kasai Shuichi (菓彩しゅういち)? are Yuan, Mitsuki and Amane's parents. They first debuted in episode 37. They are the owners of Fruit Parlor KASAI. Both of them are refined but also kind. They were acquainted with Nagomi Yone and Rosemary's master Ginger.
Botan has black hair tied into a bun. She has blue eyes. She wears a purple kimono with a violet strap, white trims, and yellow tied strings around her waist. She also wears white socks and sandels.
Shuichi has grey hair, and navy blue eyes. He wears a red checkered shirt on to of a white shirt, grey-blue trousers, and brown shoes. He also has a pair of olive green-rimmed glasses.
Botan is voiced by Shindo Naomi, and Shuichi is voiced by Fujii Keisuke.
Kome-Kome I[]
Kome-Kome I (コメコメ1世)?, full name Connectal Mochimochitto Fukkurara Glycogen Komex I (コネクトル・モチモチット・フックララ・グリコーゲン・コメックス1世)?, was Kome-Kome's predecessor. He had been mentioned numerous times by Pam-Pam, and made his debut in episode 38. Kome-Kome I was known for having an extraordinary amount of energy, and was able to travel around the world by accumulating energy into the heart brooch on his chest. Kome-Kome I had a very similar appearance to Kome-Kome, but his fur was a creamier color, and wore a red cape.
When he first appears, he recognizes Yui as Yone's grand-daughter. He later joins Yui and Yone, where he spends their conversation nibbling on a rice ball. After the farewell party, he helps Pam-Pam, Mem-Mem and Ginger produce the Hoka-Hoka Hearts Accumulator, however, he ends up sacrificing his life in the process. His soul then reincarnates into Kome-Kome II after it returns to CooKingdom.
He is voiced by Takamori Natsumi, who also voices his successor.
