Dys Dark (ディスダーク Disu Dāku?) is the evil organization and the main antagonists of Go! Princess Pretty Cure. The leader is Dyspear. Their goal is to spread despair throughout the world.
History[]
Many years ago, they attacked Hope Kingdom with Kanata defending his home who asked Pafu and Aroma to search for the Pretty Cure so they can fight against Dyspear and her minions.
Throughout the season, Dyspear commands her generals to attack the Cures. It is later revealed that Twilight, who is Dyspear's fake "daughter", is the long lost princess from Hope Kingdom, with Dyspear luring her away being part of her plan to make the kingdom plunge into despair.
Later on, after Shut gets demoted as Close's subordinate and Lock gets defeated and separated from Kuroro, Close is the only remaining member that is still loyal to Dyspear. He has also recovered from his defeat in the hands of the Cures, and returns by planting the seeds of sorrow, thus creating Stop & Freeze as his minions.
At the end of the season, Dyspear manages to expand her evil power into the realm of Earth and have locked many victims away in cages of despair. Despite Dyspear initially having the upper hand, the four Cures manage to overpower her with their united dreams powered by everyone's support. However, Close has received the remnants of Dyspear's powers and still wants to take down Flora, but he eventually makes a truce with Flora and leaves her behind.
With the departure of Close, Dys Dark is officially dissolved.
