Selene Arrow (セレーネアロー?) is Cure Selene's first attack that can only be used if she has her Star Color Pendant and Star Color Pen. It is first used in episode 5.
Description[]
Selene's pendant shines and creates a light blue heart which floats up twisting to change to the form of a crescent or waning moon. After she catches the crescent moon, it becomes a large bow, which Selene touches with her pen to create a white arrow, which is shot towards the enemy.

The Capricorn Princess Star Color Pen is inserted into the Star Color Pendant. Then, Cure Selene draws a star which makes the Capricorn star sign come out. Selene's pendant shines and creates a magenta heart which floats up twisting to change to the form of a crescent or waning moon. After she catches the crescent moon, it becomes a large, elaborated bow with a goat's head on its center, which Selene touches with her pen to create a white arrow, which is shot towards the enemy.

After she catches the crescent moon, it becomes a large, elaborated bow, which Selene touches with her pen to create a large, blue glowing arrow with a sharp arrowhead, which is shot towards the enemy.
