Cosmo Shining (コスモシャイニング?) is an attack Cosmo can perform as long as she has her Rainbow Perfume. It is first used in episode 25.
Description[]
Cosmo winks and poses with her Rainbow Perfume as she stands on a triangular platform afterwards. As the perfume glows brightly, she pulls the trigger, unleashing a beam and mist of blue-colored energy from the perfume, which hits any enemy within its path.
