Koshino Natsuko (越野夏子 Koshino Natsuko?) (Summer in English Dub) is a minor character from Futari wa Pretty Cure and Max Heart. She's classmates with Nagisa and Honoka.

Appearance[]
Natsuko has short hair that frames her face; her dark brown eyes add to her charming appearance. Usually, she is seen wearing her school uniform. However, for casual outings, she wears a white long-sleeved top under a pale pink T-shirt with a dull moss vest that has gold accents over it. She pairs her outfit with goldenrod sneakers and white socks.
Natsuko's Cure costume is unique as it is handmade. It resembles Cure Black's costume, but there are several differences. Her costume is midnight blue and has a cropped blouse lined with pearl pink that matches the frills on her sleeves. She wears a white ribbon on her chest and light grey fabric around her neck. Natsuko dons a pair of black shorts beneath a folded skirt lined by frills. She complements her outfit with fingerless gloves in matching colors and a ring of pearl pink on the wrist and top. She also wears a pale red belt with a heart in the center, and her clips are replaced by hearts.
Personality[]
She believes Cure Black is cool, and cute, but she believes Cure White is lacking in personality. She has a lot in common with Nagisa and agrees with her on various things.
History[]
One day she and her friend, Mori Kyoko, decide to cosplay as the Pretty Cure, leading everyone to think they are them and make Nagisa and Honoka worry over their safety. As they are only cosplaying, the girls do not have any powers or abilities and are normally seen pretending to play hero for younger children. Despite the trouble it caused, she continues to cosplay.FwPC14

Natsuko's voice actress, Koshimizu Ami, has sung one song for the character she voices. She sung this song alongside Nazuka Kaori, Mori Kyoko's voice actress.

- Koshimizu Ami, Natsuko's voice actress, would later go on to voice a genuine Cure: Hojo Hibiki/Cure Melody from Suite Pretty Cure♪. Coincidentally, Hibiki has a lot in common with Nagisa.
- Natsuko shares her English dub name with Natsuumi Manatsu's Pretty Cure alter ego, Cure Summer.
