Pretty Cure Metamorphose! (プリキュアメタモルフォーゼ！?) is the official transformation phrase used by the Cures in Yes! Pretty Cure 5, also with its sequel, Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!.
To activate their transformation, the girls need their Pinky Catch and later in the sequel their CureMo.

Nozomi/Cure Dream: First her Pinky Catch opens. Nozomi then shouts "Pretty Cure!.." and makes a circular motion with her arm as she shouts, "Metamorphose!" Her clothes are removed and are replaced by a pink glow. Then her top and brooch appear, she then puts her arms in an 'X' shape and her arm warmers appear. Her skirt appears then her shoes. Her hair lengthens and her hair rings come in place. Her Pinky Catch then closes and she proceeds to introduce herself.
Rin/Cure Rouge: First her Pinky Catch opens. Rin then shouts "Pretty Cure!.." and makes a circular motion with her arm as she shouts, "Metamorphose!" Her clothes are removed and are replaced by a red glow. Then her top and brooch appear, she then puts her arms in an 'X' shape and her arm warmers appear. The lower part of her dress appears, then her shoes. Her hair is styled, brightens, and the accessory is put in. Her Pinky Catch then closes and she proceeds to introduce herself.
Urara/Cure Lemonade: First her Pinky Catch opens and Urara shouts "Pretty Cure!.." and makes a circular motion with her arm as she shouts, "Metamorphose!". Her clothes are removed and are replaced by a yellow glow. Her dress, arm warmers, and shoes appear. Her hair loosens and her hair ties into cones with curls at the end. Her Pinky Catch then closes and she proceeds to introduce herself.
Komachi/Cure Mint: First her Pinky Catch opens. Komachi then shouts "Pretty Cure!.." She makes a circular motion with her arm as she shouts, "Metamorphose!" Her clothes are removed and are replaced by a green glow. Then her top and brooch appear, she puts her arms in an 'X' shape and her arm warmers appear. The lower part of her dress and shoes appear. Nozomi/Cure Dream: First her CureMo opens and she presses the buttons, saying "Pretty Cure!.." Then her top body is shown and she shouts "Metamorphose!". Her CureMo's screen sparkles and pink light surrounds her body. Then a pink tunnel appears, and there is light shown in the end. Next Nozomi's arm warmers appear, she curls into a ball and as she uncurls herself, she is wearing her outfit and her hair has been styled. Cure Dream flies down, opens her eyes and introduces herself.
Rin/Cure Rouge: First her CureMo opens and she presses the buttons, saying "Pretty Cure!.." Then her top body is shown and she shouts "Metamorphose!". Then her CureMo's screen sparkles and red light surrounds her body. Next, a red tunnel appears, and there is light shown in the end. Then Rin's full body is showing, covered in flames. Her arm warmers appear first and in a burst of fire, her entire outfit appears. Cure Rouge flies down, opens her eyes and introduces herself.
Urara/Cure Lemonade: First her CureMo opens and she presses the buttons, saying "Pretty Cure!.." Then her top body is shown and she shouts "Metamorphose!". Next her CureMo's screen sparkles and yellow light surrounds her body. Then a yellow tunnel appears, and there is light shown in the end. Urara spins around with parts of her outfit appearing. She then curls up and when she comes out her hair is styled and her outfit is complete. Cure Lemonade flies down, opens her eyes and introduces herself.
Komachi/Cure Mint: First her CureMo opens and she presses the buttons, saying "Pretty Cure!.." Then her top body is shown and she shouts "Metamorphose!". Then her CureMo's screen sparkles and green light surrounds her body. Next, a green tunnel appears, and there is light shown in the end. Komachi appears and green leaves surround her. Her full outfit appears and Cure Mint flies down, opens her eyes and introduces herself.
Karen/Cure Aqua: First her CureMo opens and she presses the buttons, saying "Pretty Cure!.." Then her top body is shown and she shouts "Metamorphose!". Trivia[]
- Several times, instead of transforming as a group, the Cures transform one after the other. Mainly if the group transformation is made by two or three members. This has happened in both seasons.
- In the second season, all Cures have different transformation sequences from each other, Nozomi and Rin summon their gloves first and then the rest, Urara has step-by-step views of summoning her Cure outfit while Komachi and Karen transform instantly. This makes Urara the only Cure to have a step-by-step transformation in both seasons.
- This is the last transformation to be used in more than two seasons. Cure Dream's transformation also appears in HUGtto! episode 36 and the Cures' introductions appear in Healin' Good♥ movie.
