Start! Pretty Cure Operation! (スタート！プリキュアオペレーション！?) is the official transformation phrase for Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure.
In order to activate the transformation, the Cures need their Healing Stick, respective Healing Animal partners and Transformation Element Bottle. Unlike the others, Asumi needs Latte instead of the Healing Stick to transform.

Nodoka to Cure Grace[]
The transformation begins with Rabirin leaping up and shouting "Start!" before entering the Healing Stick. Nodoka then turns around as she completes the transformation phrase and holds the stick and her Transformation Element Bottle. She inserts the bottle into the stick as it becomes surrounded in a white aura. Nodoka and Rabirin then say "Cure Touch!" together as Nodoka presses the right paw once before a flurry of flowers appear from the glowing tip of the stick. Nodoka is then shown standing on top of a flower while pink flower petals follow her. She waves the stick around as the petals merge and turn into a white coat that falls onto Nodoka's shoulders. Then she taps her feet and her boots appear follow by her gloves before the cape wraps around her body and forms her dress. A bow appears in the back while a rose brooch with a ruffly ribbon appears in the front. Nodoka's hair then grows longer and turns hot pink with some of it styled into a bun, with her tiara, earrings, and flower accessory appearing before tiny flowers also appear in her hair, completing the transformation. A giant flower then begins to bloom, with Grace emerging from the middle of it. She then poses with her Healing Stick as she and Rabirin start the introduction. After she cuddles Rabirin, Grace twirls the stick around several times before striking her finishing pose.
Chiyu to Cure Fontaine[]
The transformation begins with Pegitan leaping up and shouting "Start!" before entering the Healing Stick. Chiyu then turns around as she completes the transformation phrase and holds the stick and her Transformation Element Bottle. She inserts the bottle into the stick as it becomes surrounded in a white aura. Chiyu and Pegitan then say "Cure Touch!" together as Chiyu presses the right paw once before a stream of bubbles appear from the glowing tip of the stick. Chiyu's hair is let out of its ponytail where she is then shown standing on top of a water droplet while blue bubbles follow her. She waves the stick around as the bubbles merge and turn into a white coat that falls onto Chiyu's shoulders. Then she taps her feet and her boots appear follow by her gloves before the cape wraps around her body and forms her dress. A bow appears in the back while a dark blue brooch with a ruffly ribbon appears in the front. Chiyu's hair then grows longer and turns bright blue with her earrings and tiara appearing before tiny bubbles also appear in her hair, completing the transformation. Fontaine is then propelled forward via a stream of water. She then poses with her Healing Stick as she and Pegitan start the introduction. After she cuddles Pegitan, Fontaine reaches up towards the sky before striking her finishing pose.
Hinata to Cure Sparkle[]
The transformation begins with Nyatoran leaping up and shouting "Start!" before entering the Healing Stick. Hinata then holds up the stick and her Transformation Element Bottle as she completes the transformation phrase. She inserts the bottle into the stick as it becomes surrounded in a white aura. Hinata and Nyatoran then say "Cure Touch!" together as Hinata presses the right paw once before a stream of sparkles appear from the glowing tip of the stick. Hinata's hair is let out of its twintails where she is then shown standing on top of a sparkle while other yellow sparkles follow her. She waves the stick around as the sparkles merge and turn into a white coat that falls onto Hinata's shoulders. Then she taps her feet and her boots appear follow by her gloves before the coat wraps around her body and forms her dress. Two green ribbons appear on both sides of Hinata's dress while an orange bow appears in the front. Hinata's hair then grows longer and turns bright yellow, with part of it styled similarly to cat ears, with her earrings and tiara appearing before tiny sparkles also appear in her hair. After striking a cute pose, a gold sparkle-shaped brooch appears in the center of the bow, completing the transformation. Sparkle then winks before pressing the paw again. She then poses with her Healing Stick as she and Nyatoran start the introduction. After she and Nyatoran wink at the camera, Sparkle leaps up and does a backflip before striking her finishing pose.
Asumi to Cure Earth[]
The transformation begins with Asumi inserting her Wind Element Bottle into Latte's bow. Latte then shouts "Start!" as she runs towards Asumi. Asumi then completes the transformation phrase as Latte reaches her. Asumi and Latte then say "Cure Touch!" together as Asumi holds Latte's paws and the two then spin around as feathers emerge. Asumi then lets go of Latte, who runs up on her arm before leaping into the air. A purple heart appears and turns into a white coat, which Asumi puts on. She hugs Latte again as her Earth Windy Harp appears, with both the harp and Latte floating away again. Then her shoes, gloves, dress, brooch, and ribbon appear. After that, Asumi's hair grows longer and turns lavender before her earrings, tiara, and the hearts in her hair appear. She then takes the Earth Windy Harp and plucks a couple of the strings. Earth spins around as Latte reunites with her and the two start the introduction. Earth then strums the harp again before striking her finishing pose, with Latte jumping in.

Trivia[]
- This is the first transformation to feature the word Pretty Cure since Pretty Cure, Princess Engage!.
- This is also the first transformation to have the mid-season Cure use a different transformation item from the rest of the team since Felice・Fun Fun・Flowerle!.
- This is the first transformation since Miracle・Magical・Jewelryle! where the mascot is used in place of a transformation device, with Asumi using Latte for hers.
- A small part from Hinata's transformation is shown in episode 2, marking the first time a transformation sequence is shown before its actual full appearance.
- In episode 21, Asumi's transformation is updated where it shows her letting her hair down.
- In episode 27, the full group transformation is updated where all four Cures are shown transforming together. Unlike the previous episodes, where Asumi transformed separately from the others.
