The manga version of Fresh Pretty Cure! was serialized in Nakayoshi from the March 2009 to the February 2010 issue, and was created by the Kamikita Twins.

Each chapter is essentially retelling of the majority of the Fresh episodes.
All chapters and a bonus chapter were published in two mooks in 2009 and 2010. They were reprinted in 2015 as a Pretty Cure Collection tankobon.

Chapter 01
Tiramisu and Chiffon are visiting Mushy Bean Woods because Tiramisu has to summon the four legendary warriors. Meanwhile, Momozono Love, a 14-years-old middle-schooler receives a ticket for her favourite's dancing group concert. That day, a villain named Eas attacks the concert which triggers the transformation of Love into Cure Peach.
Chapter 02
Love wakes up and meets two fairies: Chiffon and Tarte, who will accompany her in her Pretty Cure days. Meanwhile, Aono Miki, a childhood friend of Love, is practising in a pool, accompanied by her little brother, Ichijo Kazuki. The pool is attacked by Eas' comrades, Westar and Soular, who trigger Miki's transformation into Cure Berry.
Chapter 03
Yamabuki Inori, Love and Miki's childhood friend, became Cure Pine, the Pretty Cure of Faith. Cure Pine defeats the Nakewameke Eas created with Cure Peach and Cure Berry. Afterwards, the girls throw a party to Love's house to celebrate their births as Pretty Cure. The girls also attend their first dancing lesson. Then, they visit the Fortune-telling Mansion owned by three teenagers, with one of them secretly being Eas. Higashi Setsuna, the civilian identity of Eas makes a good "prediction" of the three's future.
Chapter 04
Love wonders where the Pickruns have gone after they transformed them into Pretty Cure. Realizing one of them didn't actually gave birth to a Cure and probably wanders around the city. After their dancing lesson is over, they hang out with Setsuna. Setsuna unsuccessfully attempts to steal the three's Linkruns, their transformation items. Meanwhile, a Nakewameke appears in the city.
