Fuwa Hatsuko (芙羽はつこ)? is a minor character from Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure. She is Kokone's mother, who is the menu developer and ingredient purchaser for Restaurant Du Lac. She is nicknamed the Genius Taster (神の舌)?.

Appearance[]
Hatsuko has long dark azure hair that reaches her hips, and has green eyes. She is seen usually wearing a white blouse beneath a blue blazer that has one gold button, a blue skirt that flares out at the bottom, grey stockings, and black heels.
Personality[]
Hatsuko is a kind woman who only wants the best for her daughter. Much like Kokone though, she can be rather awkward. However, she won't shy away from trying to fix problems.
Relationships[]
- Fuwa Kokone: Hatsuko cares a lot about her daughter, but due to not seeing her for so long, she found herself being very awkward around Kokone. However, she able to start rekindling her bond with Kokone after opening up while eating doughnut holes with her.
History[]
Hatsuko visits Oishiina Town to see Kokone for the first time in several years. However, after an awkward dinner conversation with her family, Hatsuko stops by at Nagomi Diner the next day to ask Akiho and Rosemary for some advice. She is told by Akiho to use food as a way to reconnect with Kokone. With this advice in mind, Hatsuko finds Kokone at the bakery and opens up to her as they eat doughtnut holes, but they're interrupted by strangers admiring Hatsuko. A little while later, Hatsuko's memories about the doughnut holes are stolen. Once her memories are restored, Hatsuko resumes re-forming a connection with Kokone.DPPC23
Hatsuko and her husband return from their visit to Isuki Island, where they tell Kokone that they're planning to move to the island upon Princess Maira's request. However, she and her husband notice that Kokone isn't too happy, so they cook donut holes for her to encourage her to talk things out with them. After learning that Kokone doesn't want to leave her friends, Hatsuko and her husband respect her decision, with Hatsuko deciding to go to Isuki Island alone.DPPC35
When Kokone brings both Takumi and Secretoru to her house, Hatsuko is initially wary of Secretoru, who is a stranger to her. But she later trusts her daughter and the girls' judgement, and helps them look after Secretoru. She is flattered by Secretoru's emotional praises, and admits that she isn't good at cooking. However, she also quotes Nagomi Yone's words to encourage Secretoru to accept her own imperfections.DPPC43

- In her debut episode, she is revealed to have an older sister during Kokone's flashback.
