Gashuin Sarena (我修院サレナ)? appears in the Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure movie. She is Kaguya's mother and a scientist behind the creation of the Dream Pendant.

Sarena has long black hair with messy, spiked bangs, and she wears red glasses. She wears a white lab coat, a blue dress shirt, black dress pants, grey shoes.
Personality[]
Originally, Sarena was a kind-hearted person who is conducting research to create a world where people can live in peace. But her research became an obsession. However, she still has conscience and remorse when realizing her mistake, and has unconditional love for Kaguya.
Relationships[]
- Kaguya: Her creation and adoptive daughter. She loves Kaguya deeply but becomes detached from her due to becoming obsessed with her research. After realizing her terrible mistake, she is remorseful and heartbroken because of Kaguya's short time left, but is soon moved to tears when Kaguya is revived.
- Ego Ego: Her other creation, who grows resentful and bitter towards her for neglecting him.
History[]
Although Sarena succeeded in developing the Virtual Dreams system, Kaguya only has a short time left to live and will die on her 14th birthday. Although she is aware of her selfishness, Sarena orders Ego Ego to secretly make the Miracle Flower bloom to save Kaguya's life. To do that, she needs to steal the public's Dream Bud.
Although Sarena is the true mastermind behind the incident in this work, she still cares for her daughter, and when Kaguya ran away from her, Sarena realized her mistake, and tried to stop Ego Ego from capturing Kaguya. However, she got injured. When Kaguya is revived, she is overjoyed, and she and Kaguya emotionally embrace each other.
In the voice drama, Sarena is introduced as a representative of Dream Tech, a start-up IT company.
