King's Evolution! Sukoyaka City Has Been Infected (キングの進化…！蝕まれたすこやか市 Kingu no Shinka...! Mushibamareta Sukoyaka Shi)? is the 43rd episode of Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure and is the 825th episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.

Synopsis[]
Neo King Byogen unleashes a large wave to undermine the land and makes everything in contact with it sick. Latte is very ill as the girls realize it is spreading towards the top of lookout tower where they are at, and they are dismayed to realize how much pain their families and friends are being caused by this as Latte becomes sickly. Shindoine approaches them to reveal Neo King Byogen and how long he has been working on this plan of enclosing the city using parts of himself. But in order to do this he had to heal and advance himself, to become a new, greater version. The girls are informed that cries have been increasing from outside of their town. At this rate the entire planet will be undermined.
The girls attempt to attack Neo King Byogen but he easily summons a barrier to deflect them and the Element powers. He returns their attack with a blast of his own power, instantly causing the girls to de-transform. Latte weakly runs to them until Shindoine gets in her path, telling her its useless to encourage them. She begins to advance on Latte when suddenly, a light erupts from behind her that throws Shindoine back. To everyone's shock, Queen Teatinu has appeared. The Healing Animals are very happy to see she is okay now while the girls are astonished to see her in person. Neo King Byogen prepares to attack them and Queen Teatinu rushes foward and deflects them before leaping to the top of the tower. She remarks that he has lost his touch since their last battle, while he mockingly points out that she rushed her own recovery to get there, so she couldn't possibly hope to defeat him.
Teatinu refuses to let him discourage her, especially when she has strong allies by her side. She howls, releasing a large blast of light that comes together with that of the other Healing Animals located around the world. They form a large barrier forcing Neo King Byogen to stay in place and reduce the number of undermined areas for the time being. She tells the group to use this time to figure out their strategy, only for Shindoine to appear before her. She prepares to stop her interference but Neo King Byogen tells her to deal with Pretty Cure as the Queen is his opponent. She agrees and proceeds to make fun of them as they struggle to stand up, too weakened from their battle. Before she can harm them, Asumi uses her wind power to teleport them away.
The girls find themselves in a large field that has yet to be undermined. They look to see that they are outside of the Queen's barrier and they wonder what they can do. With a barrier keeping him safe they can't do anything to Neo King Byogen. But Asumi has an idea, and she points out that the others absorbed Mega Parts before King Byogen absorbed them. So if they can attack together with the power of the Byogens they might be able to break through the barrier. Hinata gets confused by the explanation so Nyatoran breaks it down for her, and Asumi decides to risk herself by planting a Mega Part into herself. The girls worriedly try to convince her not to do it, including the sickly Latte. They don't want her to put herself in danger, but Asumi refuses to listen. She's come to love so many things, not just Latte, but her friends and this world. She isn't a human and it is a role only she can fulfill, much like Latte, who takes in the Earth's suffering into her body every time there is an attack. She wants to protect everyone, and things can improve by trying so she has no reason to fear failure. Her body belongs to her and even if they disagree she will do it regardless. Latte understands, deciding that while everyone else is doing their best she still has a lot of growing up to do. So she will do what she can to help.
Shindoine manages to locate the group and she prepares to attack them. They transform and dodge her blasts and the girls attempt to distract her so that Earth can focus on grabbing the Mega Part she has. Hearing of their plans, Shindoine decides to insert the Part into herself to evolve and become stronger. She effortlessly throws out several smaller blasts at each girl, in the process knocking down several trees. Sparkle manages to distract her by claiming King Byogen is nearby, but Shindoine stops to point out that she isn't stupid, and she angrily corrects his name, allowing the other three to use the Sound, Rain and Leaf Element bottles on her. She manages to dodge and the girls quickly transform to use Final Healin' Good Shower. Seeing Shindoine struggle to get up, the girls realize she wasn't purified and Latte tells the girls to use Healing Oasis. Earth holds Shindoine up and the girls finish the purification, leaving behind a Mega Part that Earth gently pushes into herself. To everyone's relief she feels okay. She picks up Latte and thanks her for her advice and the girls turn to face their tainted city and Neo King Byogen.
