Sora And The Missing Stuffed Animal (ソラと、忘れられたぬいぐるみ Sora to, Wasurerareta Nuigurumi)? is the 29th episode of Hirogaru Sky! Pretty Cure and is the 947th episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
Summary[]
In an abandoned European-style house at the edge of town, Sora is surprised when a stuffed animal talks to her. Although Sora is scared when it follows her home, she begins to feel like there is some reason for the situation and decides to help.
Synopsis[]
On a rainy day, Sora is running around trying to keep herself dry when she comes across a European-style home. She stands under the veranda when she suddenly hears a voice calling out to her. The door opens on its own and Sora walks in. She tries to find the source of the voice when she comes across a cat plushie. After a flash of lightning, the plushie surprisingly starts to move and asks Sora to take it home. She screams in terror as she bolts out of the house. After returning to Mashiro's house, Sora dries herself off when Mashiro asks who is with her. She turns to find the plushie has followed her, causing her to freak out again.
Sora hides behind a chair while the others wonder how it followed her. Tsubasa doesn't believe her at first, but because the house it came from has been vacant for a while, there's a possibility Sora could be right. Ellee-chan thinks it could be a ghost, which only scares Sora even more. Just then, the plushie moves again and lands on the table before telepathically surrounding itself with books to make a shelter.
Ellee-chan calls out to the cat and tells it that everything's OK and it suddenly sends the books back to their shelves. Now that the plushie trusts Ellee-chan, Sora decides to help it out because a hero should offer help to anyone in trouble, but she is still really scared. They then give it a bath and start to look for who previously lived in the house it came from.
The next day, Sora and Mashiro go to the mall while Ellee-chan sleeps peacefully with the plushie. Sora is still a little scared of it and says she never really had a stuffed animal friend because she spent a lot of her time training when she was younger. Just then, the plushie sees a little girl who resembles its previous owner and flies out of Ellee-chan's sling. Sora tracks it down while Mashiro tries to convince the onlookers that it's a drone. The plushies reaches the little girl and starts to fall, but Sora gets there just in time to catch it.
That night, Sora goes to sleep with the plushie and she finds herself in a dreamlike world. The plushie apologizes for causing trouble and Sora asks what it is looking for. The plushie reveals that its old owner was a little girl named Riho and they would go everywhere together. One day, Riho moved away and left the plushie on the house alone. Sora promises she will find Riho and if she can't, she'll stay with the plushie forever. It then says it wants to stay with Riho forever, and leaves. Sora then awakens from her dream and finds the plushie is gone.
The rest of the Cures look around the rest of the house, but they couldn't find it anywhere. Sora promises it she will find its friend, so they all make their way back to the house it came from. They arrive at the house, but Minoton gets in their way before they can enter. He says fighting him is more important than them looking for a cat, so he turns the house into a Ranborg. The Cures transform, but the house sucks them into it and sends them into a strange dimension. They start looking for the plushie, but a door Ranborg appears and sucks Sky into another dimension. The Cures try to figure out how to get her out, but are stopped by a giant clock Ranborg. Meanwhile, Sky finds a knight Ranborg in the room she had been thrown into.
The other Cures defeat the clock Ranborg, but then an even bigger dresser Ranborg appears before them. Back at the other dimension, Sky duels against the knight Ranborg. During the fight, the cat plushie opens the door to get her out, and Sky uses the Ranborg's mohawk like a springboard to reach the door before the plushie loses the strength to keep it open. Sky promises the plushie it won't be lonely anymore and the two escape back to the original dimension with the others. She sees the others running away from a Ranborg and joins them before finding and reaching the exit. Once the Cures are out of the house, Sky strikes the Ranborg with one of Prism's light balls before Wing and Butterfly purify it with Titanic Rainbow Attack. Minoton retreats soon after.
Ageha is able to find out who used to live in the house and the Cures start to look for her. Suddenly, they overhear a woman telling Riho that they will find what she's looking for. Sora then approaches her with the plushie, which is named Marron. Riho's mother explains how when they moved, they couldn't find a way to get Marron back, which saddened Riho. Sora then gives Marron to Riho, and she tearfully hugs it, apologizing to it for leaving it behind. As Riho and her mother leave, Marron thanks Sora for reuniting it with its owner. Sora waves back at it, finally realizing how great stuffed animals are.
