Synopsis[]

At Sorashido Nursery, Ageha pretends to be a monster while some of her students play the heroes who defeat her. While saying she's too weak, Takeru almost reveals that Ageha is Cure Butterfly, but she quietly reminds them to keep it a secret. When another student cries about his tunnel falling apart in the sandbox, Takeru offers to help and says he wants to be like Ageha and become the best.

That night, Ageha starts eating a lot during dinner so she can have the energy to keep up with Takeru and falls asleep while making out her activity report. The next day, Takeru ignores Ageha and has become more quiet. She learns that he will be moving away and this will be his last week at the nursery. Ageha tries to get Takeru to play with her and the other students, but when she suggests different games for them to play, Takeru yells at her that he doesn't want to. Ageha can only watch as Takeru continues to be upset about the situation.

Back at Mashiro's house, the others notice something is bothering Ageha, but she insists it's nothing. After Ellee-chan senses that she is upset, Ageha explains what is happening with Takeru. She doesn't know how to encourage him and starts doubting herself. While the others wonder what she meant by her being the best nursery school teacher, Ageha recalls how sad she was in nursery school after her parents' divorce. However, her teacher was always there to cheer her up and comfort her when she was down. Ageha wants to protect children's hearts, but she can't do anything to help Takeru. When Mashiro could tell how sad she is, Ageha tries to hide it, but that night, she is still really worried. Meanwhile, Tsubasa watches and tries to think of what to do.

While Skearhead watches over the city, Sora notices that Tsubasa is missing and wonder if he went out. Meanwhile, Ageha is leaving her car when Tsubasa pops out of her bag. He calls Ageha a "weirdo", but that could be the reason why the kids love her so much. Tsubasa also tells her to be herself, and Ageha is thankful for his advice, but he quickly leaves in embarrassment. At the nursery, it is Takeru's last day, and after looking after the baby class, Ageha returns to her group.

Ageha goes outside to play with the other children, but it starts to rain. Everyone but Takeru, who is playing alone in the sandbox, goes inside, but Ageha tries to go get him. When Takeru ignores Ageha's plea to go back inside, she decides to help make a tunnel with him. She talks about the many games they played in the past and how good he is at helping others and doing his class duties. As Ageha talks, a tear falls down her face. Eventually, they complete the tunnel and are able to touch hands. Takeru starts to cry and tells Ageha that he doesn't want to move away and wants to continue playing with her. Ageha then says that she'll never forget the fun they had together. They continue to play when Skearhead appears and summons a Kyoborg using a leaf and some acorns. Ageha asks Takeru to help the other children evacuate, and he accepts. Tsubasa quickly joins Ageha and they transform.

While the two fight the Kyoborg, everyone in the nursery school evacuates. After Butterfly is able to land a hit on the Kyoborg, it fires some acorns at her. She summons her shield, but the acorns bypass it and hit her. While Wing helps her up, the others arrive and transform to help them. Sky wonders what Skearhead is thinking, but quickly starts to focus on the battle. She tries to punch the Kyoborg, but it dodges the attack and knocks her back. Majesty and Prism defend themselves against its acorns, but they soon find it hard to keep up with it.

Then, Butterfly comes up with an idea and rushes towards the Kyoborg. She summons her shield again in midair while it fires its acorns that fly past it like before. Meanwhile, the class watches the battle and Takeru is positive that Butterfly will protect everyone and that she's the best. Butterfly uses her shield as a platform to jump into the sky while the acorns collide and destroy each other. Butterfly wants to protect everyone because she aims to become the best nursery school teacher. After using Butterfly Press, she and the other Cures perform Majestic Halation to purify it. Butterfly orders Skearhead to never go near the children again, and he retreats.

As Takeru prepares to leave, Ageha learns that his grandmother used to be her nursery school teacher. She says she has heard good things about Ageha, but she admits that's it been hard trying to be a good teacher. Takeru meets with Ageha and waves at her, and his grandmother thanks her for being there for him and to him, she's the best. Ageha and Takeru then promise that they will become even better. On moving day, Takeru is on the train when he finds Butterfly waiting near her car. She uses her Mix Palette to summon the power of surprise, which causes a flock of rainbow-colored butterflies to appear. Takeru is awestruck and the two wave goodbye to each other as the butterflies continue to fly into the sky.
