The Heart Rouge Rod (ハートルージュロッド)? is a weapon used by the Cures from Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure, which was first used by Cure Summer in episode 1.
Appearance[]
The Heart Rouge Rod is a tool that mainly comes in pale pink and has a bow in the middle with a slot for the Heart Kuru Rings to be placed. Below the bow, there is a blue section with a white, shell-like button. The top part of the rod is white. When the Heart Rouge Rod is in its mini form, it looks like lipstick but is colored differently depending on its owner: Pink for Summer, purple for Coral, yellow for Papaya, and red for Flamingo.

The girls can use their Heart Rouge Rods to perform their individual unique attacks:
- Otento Summer Strike - used by Cure Summer
- Mokomoko Coral Diffusion - used by Cure Coral
- Panpaka Papaya Shot - used by Cure Papaya
- Buttobi Flamingo Smash - used by Cure Flamingo
In episode 10, the Cures obtain the Heart Quartet Ring, which enables them to perform Mix Tropical.
In episode 16, it is revealed that the rods can illuminate underwater and help the Cures breathe while searching for Laura. The mini versions of the rods also possess this ability, allowing the girls to breathe underwater even when they are not transformed.

- Summer's Heart Rouge Rod was originally her beloved lipstick that her mother had given her.
- Cure Oasis also appeared to have her own Heart Rouge Rod.
