Innocent Purification

Innocent Purification (イノセントプリフィケーション, Innocent Purification)^? is the third group attack that the Cures use in Happiness Charge Pretty Cure!. It is first used in episode 38 and requires the Shining Make Dresser and Innocent Harmony Mic. To use this attack, they need to be in their Innocent Forms.

Description[]

Similar to the first group attack, Happiness Big Bang, the attack begins with Ribbon and Glasan calling upon the Shining Make Dresser. The four Cures take hold of their pens and are reflected in the Dresser's mirror, which transforms their pens into the Innocent Harmony Mics. Cure Lovely uses her Mic to draw an infinity symbol, causing the red ribbon symbol in the Dresser to light up.

The Cures then begin to sing Innocent Harmony. Before the pre-chorus of the song, all of the symbols on the Shining Make Dresser light up in sequence (starting with the ribbon at the top and continuing clockwise) to release the Happiness Charge! insignia. The Dresser then begins to float, and the Cures are reflected in its mirror while singing.

The girls surround the Dresser back to back, joined by Ribbon and Glasan. The Dresser emits a beam of pink, purple, and yellow light before exploding in a pale blue hue. One by one, the Cures fly down, now bathed in their respective colors, and crash down upon the enemy.

Trivia[]

This is the first attack to have a song as part of the incantation.
The Cures use this attack against Mirage in episode 43, but they kiss her cheek and hug her instead of attacking.

Errors[]

When the four Cures grab the glowing pens, Cure Princess' LovePreBrace is missing.
During the scene where the Cures jump up while the Shining Make Dresser lights up, Cure Honey is wearing a LovePreBrace even though she normally doesn't have one.
Although not an outright animation error, the makeup the Cures usually wear in their Innocent Forms is extremely subtle during the attack, to the point where it looks like they are not wearing makeup at all.
