- Ino Marie has stated in an interview that her character designs for KiraKira☆A La Mode were influenced by Umakoshi Yoshihiko's Heartcatch! character designs.
- According to her early art for the show, it was planned for Kenjou Akira to have a fear of bugs and ghosts, but the idea was scrapped.
