Labyrinth (ラビリンス)? are the main villains in Fresh Pretty Cure! and are known collectively as denizens of "Labyrinth". Labyrinth is also the name of their home. It is a city of technology.
Though Toymajin from the movie is not a servant of Moebius, he is still an ally of Moebius.
History[]
Before And After Moebius' Rule[]
Labyrinth used to be run by human-like beings who created advanced technology and a supercomputer named Moebius. However, Moebius hypnotized his creators and the denizens, making them his servants.
Under Moebius' rule, no one had happiness, freedom or will. They were forced to obey and serve Moebius for the rest of their lives. The denizens had to follow a strict schedule and any deviation from it would result in destruction. Klein is in charge of monitoring everything in Labyrinth, and Eas is an example of someone who follows this way of life.
The Beginning[]
While ruling Labyrinth, Moebius' ego grew. He desired more than what his world could offer; he wanted to control multiple worlds and create his own. To achieve this, he sent three of his trusted denizens to Earth on a mission. Their goal was to fill the Fuko Gauge with Fuko Energy and to locate an item known as "Infinity." With this item, Moebius would have the power to conquer all worlds.
In the Sweets Kingdom, there was a prophecy about Infinity and an evil entity known as Moebius. According to the prophecy, Infinity, who was revealed to be Chiffon, was in danger of being captured by Moebius. If Moebius managed to get his hands on Chiffon, he would be able to rule all worlds. To protect Chiffon, Tiramisu decided to use the legend of the Pretty Cures. Tiramisu sent out four Pickruns to search for new Pretty Cures. The newly found Pretty Cures would be tasked with protecting Chiffon and fighting against Labyrinth.
Liberation From Moebius[]
When Moebius finally captures Chiffon, the Cures arrive at Labyrinth to rescue her. Initially, Westar and Soular fight against the Cures, but they eventually have a change of heart and allow themselves to be sucked into the delete hole to spare Passion and Berry. However, after watching the Cures persistently fight against Northa, the citizens of Labyrinth lend them their hands.
The Cures, who have gained their Cure Angel forms and are joined by Westar and Soular, attempt to fight against Moebius after Northa and Klein are defeated. They finally discover Moebius' true form as an advanced supercomputer. At first, Moebius overpowers them, but the group persists, which makes Moebius realize he cannot crush their spirits. In a last ditch effort, Moebius activates his self-destruct function to destroy the group with it. However, the group manages to rescue Chiffon and narrowly escape from the explosion, causing Moebius to destroy himself.
With Moebius gone, Setsuna returns to Labyrinth with Westar and Soular and decides to rebuild it into a better place with the now freed citizens.
