Lust (ルスト)^? is a character from Doki Doki! Pretty Cure, being one of the seven Selfish Kingdom generals.

Lust and Goma only appear briefly as silhouettes in a flashback from episode 46. Both of them are sealed away by Cure Sword's seniors, who also died during the invasion of Trump Kingdom.

Appearance[]

Lust presents himself as large, muscular man with pale lime green hair tied into a long braid and lime green lips. Like the other Selfish members, he has bat wings on his head and gold eyes. But it turns out he has an infantile body from the neck down, wearing a mechanical bodysuit to conceal it. He wears red visors, a dark purple sleeveless jacket, a light teal vest, aquamarine trousers, and dark grey boots with brown frills. Additionally, he wears a dark green fingerless glove on his right hand, while his left arm is mechanical.

Etymology[]

Lust is named after the eponymous sin from the Seven Deadly Sins, which is defined as a strong sexual desire.

History[]

Lust and the other six Jikochuu generals appeared in the invasion of the Trump Kingdom, under the command of the King Jikochuu, but he and his colleague Goma were seemingly killed by Cure Swords' senior Pretty Cure, Cure Deuce, Cure Cater, and Cure Sice, who died in the process. But the novel reveals that Lust and Goma were only sealed away with the senior Cures and are released by Kurata Akihiro during the events of the Doki Doki! novel, a year after the defeat of Bel. Both join forces with Kurata to cause conflicts between the Trump Republic and the United Nations. However, both Goma and Lust are eventually defeated for good by the Cures and Regina.
