Munemoto Shinya (宗本 しんや Munemoto Shinya)? is a supporting character who appears in Smile Pretty Cure!. He is a student in Nanairogaoka Middle's School's Class 2-2.

Shinya is short, wide, and overweight. He has brown scruffy hair. He wears his blazer unbuttoned.
Personality[]
According to Reika, Shinya's heart is as big as the rest of him.

Nanairogaoka Class 2-2: He plays drums in Toyoshima's band.
History[]
Throughout the season, he appears as a background character along with the rest of his class. This is how he first appears in episode 1, on Hoshizora Miyuki's first day in class.
In episode 13, Nao suggests him as a boy that Miyuki may have a crush on.
In episode 34, he plays drums in the band at the fashion show. He dresses as the crocodile from Peter Pan.
