Pikarigaoka (ぴかりが丘 Pikarigaoka)? is a city located in the Greater Tokyo Area and is the setting of the Happiness Charge Pretty Cure! series. Aino Megumi, Shirayuki Hime (after the Blue Sky Kingdom was attacked), Omori Yuko and Hikawa Iona all live here. The city used to be targeted by the Phantom Empire.
