Plot[]
Deep in the galaxy, Cure Sky and Cure Prism are suddenly forced to let go of each other's hands, as Sky is dragged to the other side of the Earth. This is all watched by a mysterious extraterrestrial entity.
When Sora wakes up, she finds herself in a barren land, before being attacked by a monster. She is then saved by Cure Precious and Cure Summer, but they are no match against the monster, so Sora transforms into Cure Sky to assist them. Meanwhile, Cure Wing and Ellee-chan come across Cure Felice and Cure Ange, who are handling another monster, while Cure Butterfly, Cure Earth, and Cure Milky meet Cure Macaron during their monster fight. Silhouettes of Nodoka, Haruka, and a mysterious rabbit-like creature are seen as well at different lands.
After the monster the three lead Cures are fighting against retreats and states it's going to report to Lord Ark, Sora is confused, but quickly brushes off the thought and befriends Yui, Kome-Kome, and Manatsu. Both Yui and Manatsu also reveal that they wake up in this strange place as well. The three and Kome-Kome decide to head in the direction of a mysterious castle, but not before Yui complains that she's already starving.
For Mashiro, who has woken up at a tropical oasis, she is surprised to have met Laura, who she assumes to be another human. Laura wants to be left alone to find Manatsu, only for Mashiro to grab onto her desperately to recruit her help. When Mashiro accidentally calls Laura a human, Laura is offended and decides to brag about herself being a mermaid by letting Mashiro ride onto her. They soon notice Cure Finale warding off hordes of monsters from the frightened rabbit creature, so they decide to help Finale by transforming into their alter egos. However, all three are surprised by one another being Pretty Cure. After some confrontations with the horde, the three Cures decide to cut the fight short per La Mer's suggestion, and Prism tries to save the rabbit as well. Despite the rabbit's reluctance, the three Cures, led by La Mer, forcibly take the rabbit away as they escape in the direction of the castle.
In the meantime, Tsubasa, who is riding on Kotoha's Magic Broom with Saaya and Ellee-chan, is impressed by the vast sky, as well as seeing real magic for the first time. Kotoha tells him that she is supposed to keep the existence of Magic a secret, but seeing that they are fellow Cures, she finds no problem telling him and Saaya about it. While Tsubasa expresses his joy in meeting fellow Cures outside of his team, Saaya admits she's surprised to meet a bird who can turn into a human while also remembering a friend who has a similar ability. Not knowing where they are exactly, the four new friends' only clue is the castle from afar. They then meet Cure Flora, who is fighting against another monster. Enthralled by the existence of another princess, Tsubasa transforms from bird form into human form, excitedly greeting Flora. After realizing Haruka is just another Cure, Tsubasa apologizes, but Haruka is flattered and tells the group her dream of becoming a princess.
Elsewhere in the snowy mountains, while Ageha, Asumi, and Latte have started acquainting with each other, Lala and Yukari can't get along due to their different personalities. Ageha tries to be the peacemaker, but the moment she does so Lala pouts and tells Ageha that her home planet already considers her as an adult, which only prompts Yukari to further consider Lala a troublesome child. Asumi is worried about the situation, while Ageha states that maybe it's best to leave Yukari alone for the time being.
Later, TEAM PRISM arrives at a desert, with Mashiro having named the rabbit "Puca" due to how she always says her name. But Puca is still afraid of being touched. Fortunately, TEAM PRISM finds themselves an oasis, where they meet Nodoka. Nodoka then tells Mashiro that she is worried for her friend Rabirin, who is separated from her. While deciding to help Nodoka find Rabirin, Puca is asked by Amane to come along as well, which Puca accepts.
On the other hand, TEAM SKY is picking fruits, only for Sora to accidentally provoke a monstrous bull. Just as Manatsu's grip on Sora reminds the latter of someone important, she has to stop her three friends from picking up a dangerous mushroom. Despite having a fun time eating with her new friends, Sora believes they should be focusing on heading to the castle and finding their friends in order to return to their own world. This is when they are attracted by an explosion, which is caused by a mysterious Cure having blasted a monster, so they decide to investigate.
Back at the mountains, the rest of TEAM BUTTERFLY continues walking in the opposite direction from Yukari. Due to Asumi's nature as a spirit, she is able to withstand the cold. However, she, Ageha, and Latte notice that Lala is feeling downcast for having argued with Yukari earlier. Suddenly, Latte decides to search for Yukari, running off to the other side of the mountain.
As for TEAM WING, they are getting along well, although they all realize that they seem to have woken up all alone in this peculiar world. Tsubasa deduces that the common denominator of why they are placed in this world is they are all Pretty Cure. Saaya and Haruka also remark that for some reason, the monsters are aware of them being Cures. TEAM WING, feeling compelled, decides to continue to head to the castle so they can find answers.
TEAM SKY later finds the mysterious Cure, who has just destroyed the monster she was fighting against. They are excited to meet her, even though she seems detached from them. When Kome-Kome calls her by the name Cure Supreme, she declines that, insisting that she should be called Preme when she is asked who she is. Manatsu immediately extends her hand, although Preme seems fazed by the gesture.
In an icy cave, Yukari tries to remember somebody she holds dear when she is discovered by Latte and the rest of TEAM BUTTERFLY. Asumi then tells Yukari that they have found a hot spring nearby. There, Lala and Yukari finally get to resolve their conflict and become friends properly, with Yukari touching Lala's antenna as proof. However, Yukari seems to think this world is suspicious upon noticing a hill that resembles somewhere she remembers, though she chooses to keep this observation to herself.
TEAM PRISM then comes across a railway track, which Amane considers as hitching a ride on a train can take them to the castle, but Puca seems hesitant about going there.
Meanwhile, TEAM SKY is having a bonfire with Preme. There, the three girls continue bonding with one another, with Sora even telling Manatsu and Yui about the lessons she's been learning in order to become a hero. But for unknown reasons, Preme still distances herself from them.
While Tsubasa, Ellee-chan, and Kotoha are sleeping, Saaya and Haruka feel they all seem to have forgotten important things, such as dreams. There, both girls bond over their dreams, which wakes up their three other friends who become curious about their conversation. Kotoha then casts a spell to wish everyone who is separated from their loved ones to be reunited.
During sunrise, TEAM PRISM manages to catch the train, despite some difficulties, but Nodoka is unable to catch up even when Laura tries to help with her mermaid tail. This is when Rabirin finally gets to return to Nodoka. On the train, Rabirin and Nodoka tearfully embrace each other, but Puca seems to remember a traumatic memory, which might be related to Cure Supreme. It turns out, Puca was created by Cure Supreme, who despised and chose to try destroying her. Overwhelmed by the traumatic memory, Puca loses control of her powers, which actually destroys part of the train TEAM PRISM is in. Puca feels guilty for causing her new friends to get stranded, but instead of blaming her, TEAM PRISM is accepting of her even when she almost runs off. TEAM PRISM decides to compensate by walking on foot, while Puca realizes there are people who do care about her, so she decides to still follow her new friends to the castle.
During the next few days, as they travel to the castle, the different teams of Cures enjoy their time together. However, Preme remains distant from the rest of TEAM SKY. When TEAM PRISM arrives at a town, the townspeople all emotionlessly tell them that they need to be saved from the threat of the villain Lord Ark. Upon seeing each other, TEAM PRISM and TEAM SKY rush to reunite, but Puca is frightened when she recognizes the hostile Preme. This leads to Puca accidentally activating her destructive powers, causing TEAM PRISM to fall into a pit created by Puca. Fortunately, TEAM SKY is able to meet up with TEAM BUTTERFLY. Preme is confused about why friends like them get excited about meeting each other, while Asumi also feels suspicious about the world around them.
Inside the pit, Puca is regretful while still unable to control her powers, and is afraid when feeling that Nodoka, who is touching her paws, will get hurt by her. However, realizing that TEAM PRISM are her true friends, Puca finally gets to control her powers. TEAM PRISM then leaves the pit to reach the castle by climbing up the illuminating cubes.
Each team then gets to the castle one by one. While TEAM SKY and TEAM BUTTERFLY barge in through the front door, TEAM PRISM enters through a hole created by Finale, and TEAM WING catches sight of the commotion at the castle. After the monsters are defeated, the Cures, while happy to be reunited with one another, are confused about why the villain Ark is gone so easily. Until Cure Supreme destroys the remains of Ark and attacks Macaron, which finally causes the Cures to remember that they are all killed by Supreme herself. There, Supreme finally reveals that she was the one who destroyed Earth, only for her to take notice of the power of the united Cures, so she tried imitating them in the form of a human, even going as far as creating Puca. But after failing to have her expectations met, Supreme decides that she should destroy the world again, and succeeds in defeating most of the Cures, except for Sky and Prism, who barely escape with Puca and Ellee-chan.
As their friends perish, Sky and Prism feel bleak about the situation. However, they soon remember that their friends are their real sources of strength and decide to confront Supreme. Puca, who is comforted by Ellee-chan, realizes that she is the catalyst for recreating Earth and helps Sky, Prism, and Majesty to bring back the other Cures. With the appearance of Miracle Lights, they put the world into its rightful place.
Despite Supreme continuing to retaliate, Puca helps the Cures remember their memories, giving them the power to fight against Supreme even more. With their power of harmonized love and friendship, all 78 Cures, with the support of their allies, recreate the Earth. They decide to prove to Supreme the real power behind themselves to prevent her from replacing them. In the end, with one powerful combined attack of all 78 of them, plus the power of Puca transforming into Cure Puca, Supreme finally gets purified as her crest gem shatters.
After the grand battle, Preme is reborn as a human, lying on the grass. Despite previously being their enemy, the teams choose to let her be their friend, inviting her to have fun with them. Cure Puca helps Supreme understand that Preme herself has always wanted companions, instead of actually wanting power all alone. Before both Puca and Supreme join the teams, Supreme is now able to understand the true meaning of being a Pretty Cure: love, determination, trust, and friendship.

- The movie's title also features a cursive "N" shape, which, according to the movie staff, symbolizes "Never" and implies that this movie is not the final All Stars movie of the franchise.[14]
- During the Miracle Light scene:
- Natsuko and Kyoko are spotted in the background in their fake Pretty Cure costumes.
- Mika, Miyo, and Michio are all next to each other. This is a nod that they all share the same surname, have similar-sounding given names starting with "Mi," look similar, and in the case of Mika and Miyo - almost identical, and have similar personalities and occupations.
- Chourou is seen to be still attached to the KIRAKIRA Patisserie, despite regaining his physical body.
- Hugtan and Cure Tomorrow appear in two different shots, with Hugtan among the mascots and Cure Tomorrow with the Legendary Cures, despite being the same person.

- TEAM PRISM: Turquoise
- TEAM WING: Yellow
- TEAM BUTTERFLY: Lavender
- This is the first All Stars movie since Miracle Leap. There were no All Stars movies for Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure and Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Healin' Good and Tropical-Rouge! featured crossovers with some old casts such as Yes! 5 GoGo! and Heartcatch! respectively, alongside the main series' characters.
- This is the first magical girl anime franchise to be released in Laos, as none of the magical girl franchises that came in before Pretty Cure, including Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura or Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch etc. were brought to Laos due to the high cost of importing animation from Japan and that neighbouring cartoons from Southeast Asia tend to be cheaper.
