Queen Pumpkin (お妃様)^? is a character who appears in Go! Princess Pretty Cure: Go! Go!! Gouka Sanbon Date!!!. She is the queen of the Pumpkin Kingdom, wife of King Pumpkin, and the mother of Pumplulu Princess.

Personality[]

Queen Pumpkin is generous and loving to both her family and subjects.

When brainwashed, nonetheless, she becomes greedy and only focuses on earning money and sustaining wealth.

History[]

Queen Pumpkin used to be close with her daughter and together with King Pumpkin, they spread happiness throughout the kingdom, with her being generous to her subjects such as tailoring specialized clothes for the pumpkin fairies. However, after Warp attacked the kingdom, he, through becoming the minister, brainwashed Queen Pumpkin and King Pumpkin into becoming money-obsessed monarchs under his control.

When she and her husband tasted Haruno Haruka's pudding and how Haruka explained the meaning behind the pudding, they recalled how they used to make puddings with Pumpluplu and soon broke free from Warp's mind control. However, as Warp realized that his mind manipulation had lost its effect, he decided to abduct both Queen and King into cages.

After Warp was ultimately defeated, the Queen and King were free at last and they emotionally reunited with Pumpluplu. They then invited the Cures to join the ball.

Queen Pumpkin shares her voice actress with Anacondy, a villain from Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!, and Ootori Tamaki, a minor character from Doki Doki! Pretty Cure.
Yamagata Kaori, Queen Pumpkin's voice actress, is also the scriptwriter for one of the movie's three acts, as well as the author of its novel sequel.
