Rosemary (ローズマリー)? is a supporting character from Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure. He came from CooKingdom in search of the Recipe-Bon. His catchphrase is "◯◯ mega-sized~!" (◯◯盛り～！)?.
He is currently responsible for training the Cook Fighters after Fennel's arrest.
Bio[]
Appearance[]
Rosemary has lilac colored hair, green eyes, and wears gold triangle shaped earrings. He wears a tight black long sleeved shirt with purple cuffs as well as lines that form a "C" on his stomach. His pants are white with a black belt that has a gold buckle, and his boots are multiple shades of brown. Around his neck is a red scarf and his Delicious Stone, and his coat is pale yellow with gold trims, and orange cuffs, collar and shoulder pads. The coat is usually worn over his shoulders like a cape.
He had shorter hair, and wore a white shirt with a red ribbon, and red earrings when he was younger.
Personality[]
Rosemary has high beauty standards and knows cosmetology. He also cries often and is emotional. He cares for his friends deeply, and is always there to give them advice when needed.
Relationships[]
- Nagomi Yui: He gets along well with Yui. Yui tends to refer to him by the nickname Mari-chan (マリちゃん)?. When he first met Yui, he was against her being a Pretty Cure as he didn't want her to put herself in the face of danger. However, her stubborness made him realize he needed her help. Rosemary now relies on Yui for her help, and bonds with her over food.
- Nagomi Akiho: They bond over their interest in cosmetology.
- Fuwa Kokone: He at first thought Kokone didn't like him, but after realizing that she found it difficult to properly communicate with him, they became good friends.
- Hanamichi Ran: Rosemary appreciates Ran's passion for sharing good food with others.
- Kasai Amane: He initially treated Gentlu as an enemy, but after realizing that Amane was brainwashed by the Bundoru Gang, he feels pity for her, and is happy to see her rescued. He was overcome with joy when Amane overcame her past trauma to join the team as Cure Finale.
- Shinada Takumi: While Takumi shows animosity towards him, Rosemary is friendly towards Takumi, although not without sometimes teasing him about his crush on Yui. He later figures out that Takumi is Cinnamon's son.
- Shinada Monpei: Monpei and Rosemary are good friends. Rosemary had doubts about him being framed as the thief of the Recipe-Bon, and knows clearly that Monpei won't commit such a wrong-doing at all. He even apologizes to Monpei for doubting him when they finally reunite.
- Fennel/Godatz: They were once colleagues and good friends. They sometimes exchange important information to help each other on their missions. After Fennel revealed his true colors, they became enemies. However, while still keen on stopping him, Rosemary is determined to change his mind, and fix their friendship. In the end, Rosemary finds his actions to be unforgivable, and promises to watch over Fennel until he changes his ways.
- Ginger: His master. They have a close bond, and Rosemary always remembers him fondly.

As a child, Rosemary believed in the tale of the Legendary Pretty Cure.DPPC45Sometime after Ginger took in Fennel and Cinnamon, Rosemary was accepted by Ginger as another apprentice. Rosemary then received half of his Special Delicious Stone, with Fennel receiving another half. He was unaware of Fennel being jealous of him.DPPC42
Meeting Yui[]
Rosemary is given the quest to find the Recipe-Bon. Taking the Energy Fairies with him, he arrives in Oishiina Town but is so hungry that he passes out on a nearby bench. He is found by Nagomi Yui, who takes him to her family diner, where he cleans the dishes in thanks for the free meal. After learning that Yui can see the Recipepes, he leaves to continue his quest. Sometime later, he stumbles across Gentlu who is trying to escape with the Omurice Recipepe she stole from Nagomi Diner, but Rosemary sends the two of them to another dimension so she can't escape with the Recipepe, or hurt civilians with her Ubauzo. However, Yui manages to join them. He tries to tell her to escape, but is ignored. At one point, he is swayed by Gentlu's words and is about to take down the dimension to protect Yui, when Yui's determination turns her into a Pretty Cure, much to his surprise.DPPC01
Filled With Guilt[]
Rosemary is contacted by CooKing who is pleased to hear about Cure Precious, while Fennel points out that Rosemary's Delicious Stone has been damaged. He is given money to live in Oishiina Town, so he stays at the Shinada family's inn. But he begins to feel guilty about Yui joining his mission, so he checks out, leaves her a farewell letter, and then leaves with Kome-Kome. However, when he has trouble fighting Gentlu's Ubauzo, Yui arrives, and he watches her recklessly fight the enemy. He later tells her that it's too dangerous for her to perform her duties as a Cure, but Precious reminds him that it's worth it when food can make others happy. This motivates him to come up with a strategy to confuse the Ubauzo, allowing Precious to purify it. He later has dinner with Yui and her mother, and he starts getting along with both of them. DPPC02
Befriending Kokone[]
After meeting Kokone, Rosemary wants get to know her, but thinks she is avoiding him. After he and Yui spend some time with her at Pretty Holic, he tells Pam-Pam that maybe he thinks she doesn't like him, unaware that Kokone had overheard him.
During another fight with Gentlu's Ubauzo, Rosemary realizes Spicy is being impulsive, and he and Precious take her aside to prevent her from being reckless. However, after realizing Spicy just wants to be liked, Rosemary reminds her about her own unique qualities and has faith in her to devise a strategy to help defeat the Ubauzo. Afterwards, he gives her a Party Glass as a token of their friendship, and becomes closer friends with her.DPPC05
Saving Amane[]
With Yui and Ran held back for supplementary classes due to their low test scores, Rosemary and Kokone have to deal with Gentlu by themselves. However, both Rosemary and Spicy soon get overwhelmed by the Ubauzo, until Precious and Yum-Yum arrive. He and the three girls are surprised to know that Amane is being brainwashed, and are concerned after he and the Cures witness her being kidnapped by Narcistoru.DPPC11
Rosemary later figures out that Amane is brainwashed by the Bundoru Gang to become Gentlu, so he decides to check on her family's parlor. He admires the art Amane drew for the shop's card and later passes it to the three girls. At first, he's not confident about whether Amane can be saved, but is reassured by the girls' faith. When Gentlu tries to hurt Precious, Rosemary protects her. He admits he doesn't want her to get injured any further, but he still watches Precious do her best to help Gentlu return to her senses. After Amane's brainwashing is undone, Rosemary is relieved that she has been saved, though he gets senses that someone else has entered the Delicious Field as well.DPPC12
Seeing The Delicious Stone On Spiritoru[]
Through Akiho's suggestion, Rosemary takes the girls on a camping trip. However, he and his friends soon find out that the food has become inedible when Spiritoru confronts them. During the fight, Rosemary notices and recognizes the Delicious Stone that powers up Spiritoru. After the fight, he starts worriedly pondering how the Bundoru Gang has gotten hold of the said stone.DPPC25
Arresting Narcistoru[]
After watching the Cures get beaten up by Narcistoru's Gossori Ubauzo, Rosemary and the Cures come up with a plan so they can properly defeat the Ubauzo and retrieve the Special Delicious Stone. But watching the Cures get overpowered again makes Rosemary decide to fight against Narcistoru himself. After the Gossori Ubauzo is purified by Light My Delicious, Rosemary tackles and detains Narcistoru, finally arresting him once and for all. DPPC28
Visiting CooKingdom[]
After he arrests Narcistoru, Rosemary takes the girls to CooKingdom via Kome-Kome's powers to send Narcistoru to prison. He tells Narcistoru to behave in prison, although Narcistoru ignores him anyway. After being thanked by CooKing and CooQueen, Rosemary shows Fennel that the Bundoru Gang have indeed made their own version of the Special Delicious Stone, before both men realize that the Cures have been attacked by a Gossori Ubauzo from three captured Recipepes. He decides to work hard with the Cures before he departs from CooKingdom, but not before telling Fennel that Cinnamon might have been framed of stealing the Recipe-Bon.DPPC29
Making Yakisoba[]
When Rosemary realizes he has been spending too much money on food, Ran tells him he should open up a stall at the upcoming Street Food Grand Prix to win special coupons that can be used in Oishiina Town. At first, he isn't sure what food to sell, but after the girls give him some ideas, he settles on selling Yakisoba. While doing a practice run, he meets Takao and Miyako who aim to sell Lovey-Dovey Seaside Yakisoba that embodies their love, which fires Rosemary up to win. At the festival, Rosemary makes yakisoba after yakisoba while the girls support him with advertisements and toppings. However, Secretoru appears to steal the Yakisoba Recipepes, which makes yakisoba cease to exist. During the battle, while trying to help the Cures, Secretoru's comments anger Rosemary, which gives him a burst of strength to free the Cures and rescue the Yakisoba Recipepes. Afterwards, Rosemary comes in first place alongside Takao and Miyako, and later in the evening he eats yakisoba with Takumi and the girls as they watch the fireworks display.DPPC30
Helping Amane[]
Having been getting regular updates from CooKingdom, Rosemary informs the girls that Narcistoru has been miserable. When picking costumes for the Halloween party, he notices that Amane is forcing herself, and his worries are confirmed when he sees that she is unable to enjoy herself during the party. To he and the other Cures' shock, Amane is unable to transform. When he is protecting Amane, he is surprised that the Parfait Recipepe has arrived to help the two of them, and he learns that the Parfait Recipepe is still upset about what Amane did to it. After understanding that Amane hasn't forgiven what Narcistoru has done to her and that she is struggling to accept her dark emotions, Rosemary tells her that it's natural to have experienced feelings of grudge and she has the right to choose not to forigve Narcistoru. Rosemary also reminds her that she shouldn't let her grudge affect her, and is happy to know that both her and the Parfait Recipepe have made up upon seeing that her pendant is fixed. In the end, he and the girls get to enjoy the party together, while knowing that Amane has become a mentally stronger person. DPPC33
Visiting The Past[]
Via Kome-Kome's time traveling powers, Rosemary and his friends are taken back to 20 years ago. There, they meet most people they know from the present, and also his master Ginger in-person. While Ginger has confirmed that Cinnamon was framed, Rosemary's request of fixing his Delicious Stone is declined by Ginger, who is unable to fix things from the future. Before Rosemary and his friends return to the present, Ginger tells him to find Cinnamon to get his Delicious Stone fixed. He later approaches the injured Black Pepper, and upon witnessing Black Pepper's Delicious Stone's healing powers, realizes that he is Cinnamon's son after all.DPPC38
Reunion, Understandings, And Departure[]
Rosemary is talking to An, when Monpei walks into the room, prompting Rosemary to become emotional. He apologizes for believing Monpei had stolen the Recipe-Bon, before being told by Monpei that overseas meals have been stolen. Rosemary is then told that Takumi is Black Pepper. He joins Monpei to ask Takumi to return the Delicious Stone, where he thanks Takumi for helping them out.
The next day, Rosemary is told by Takumi not to tell the girls about his identity as Black Pepper, when Secretoru captures the Christmas Cake Recipepe, and kidnaps the Energy Fairies. Rosemary pursues Secretoru with Takumi, but Secretoru binds his hands to prevent him from summoning the Delicious Field. However, after giving Takumi the Delicious Stone to save him and Yui, Rosemary is able to summon the Delicious Field so the Cures can defeat the Ubauzo.
The next day, before departing with Monpei and Takumi to fix his Special Delicious Stone, Rosemary gives Yui some battle advice so she can perform well as Cure Precious.DPPC40
Repaired Stone And Revelation[]
Rosemary accompanies Monpei and Takumi to a cave to repair his Delicious Stone. There, Monpei reveals that his stone was tampered with. Then, thanks to Monpei's healing touch, Rosemary's Delicious Stone is fixed. However, when the three return to Oishiina Town, Rosemary, Monpei and the girls are shocked to find out that Fennel was Godatz the whole time.DPPC41 He then follows both Black Pepper and Precious into the Bundoru Gang headquarters, and assists Precious with fighting Godatz. However, he then watches Godatz knock Takumi out, but is teleported back to Earth by Kome-Kome, where he and Yui watch Kome-Kome fall unconscious.DPPC42
The Final Battle[]
After seeing Yui rush out as he tells Secretoru to own up to her mistakes, Rosemary and the other girls try to comfort Yui by giving her lots of sandwiches. Despite telling Yui about his friends encouraging him when he was younger, Yui is still upset. With food being stolen by Godatz, Rosemary arrives at the Bundoru Gang headquarters with Spicy, Yum-Yum and Finale. Rosemary, along with the Cures, is determined to stop his former friend at all costs.DPPC43
After Precious saves him and Finale, Rosemary and the Cures continue fighting, but are still overpowered by Godatz. However, when the lucky cats arrive, Rosemary watches the Cures regain their strength to fight again. Upon seeing Godatz in agony and crying, Rosemary can't help but cry for his former friend as well, but Monpei reassures him, which gives him courage to assist the Cures. Together, Rosemary, along with his team, finally defeats and rescues Fennel.DPPC44
Epilogue[]
After the final battle, Rosemary is tasked to train the Cook Fighters. He and Cinnamon take the girls and Takumi to CooKingdom to celebrate. Rosemary also gives cakes to the former members of Bundoru Gang. After telling the girls about how he believed in Pretty Cure since childhood, he thanks them for making his dream come true, and says goodbye to them. However, he still gets to see the team from time to time.DPPC45
Abilities[]
Rosemary is capable of conjuring a different dimension called a Delicious Field so the Cures can fight the Bundoru Gang without hurting the innocent civilians on Earth.
He is also capable of hand-to-hand combat. This ability is enhanced through the power of his Delicious Stone.
