Sirloin and the other movie villains ([Dark Witch]], Freezen & Frozen, Shadow, Mushiban, Toymajin and Baron Salamander) are revived by Black Hole who sends them to the Earth to find the Prism Flower. They seperate the 21 Pretty Cures and fight them in three different dimensions which are mixed worlds of the respective villains.
Sirloin and Mushiban as well as the monsters Zakenna, Uzaina, Kowaina, Hoshina, Nakewameke, Sorewatase and Desertrian fight the pink Cures: Cure Black, Cure Bloom, Cure Dream, Cure Peach, Cure Blossom and Cure Melody. However, the two villains cannot break their team spirit, so Sirloin calls more hundreds of monsters, but those are instantly defeated by Collaboration Punch and the Cures realize that the door for escaping from the dimension is in the sky. Sirloin and Mushiban fail to stop them to open the door.
All movie villains except the killed Shadow confront the Cures for the last time. Sirloin transforms into his monster form, but he is quickly defeated by Spiral Star Splash of Cure Bright and Cure Windy. The other villains are defeated, too, but their evil energies come back to Black Hole who fight the 21 Pretty Cures afterwards.
