"The Pretty Cure become fairies-miyu~!?" (プリキュアが妖精になっちゃった、みゆ～！？ Purikyua ga yōsei ni nacchatta, miyu~!?)? is the 24th episode of Smile Pretty Cure! and is the 413th episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
In the English dub, Glitter Force, it is called "The Story Continues" and is the 21st episode.
Summary[]
The girls visit Märchenland after noticing the Royal Queen hasn't awoken yet. There they become fairies to avoid scaring the inhabitants. But unknown to them, Joker is working on awakening Pierrot and a new Akanbe nose is shown-off for the first time.

Synopsis[]
The girls return to Märchenland with Pop and Candy, only to find that Royale Queen has not revived despite all the Cure Decors being gathered. They go for a tour around the castle, but the small fairies are frightened of the girls, who have never seen humans before. Pop pulls hairs from his tail and uses them to transform the girls into fairies to match the rest of the inhabitants. With that, they decide to explore of Märchenland.
While Pop researches the problem in the library, the girls meet fairies performing the roles of various fairy tale characters. They happen upon a gingerbread house and eat it together with ther fairies. However, when Miyuki sneezes, the girls revert to their human forms. The fairies are scared at first, but when Candy introduces them as the Pretty Cures, the fairies trust them.
In the Bad End Kingdom, Joker recovers the spiky core of the defeated Emperor Pierrot. He revives the three defeated Bad End commanders with dark energy, and gives them a mission to collect more Bad Energy to revive Pierrot again. He introduces them to a new tool, the Big Red Noses. He also asks them to search for something called the Miracle Jewel.
Meanwhile, the fairies tell the girls about the Miracle Jewel, which is believed to grant the user any wish. However, its whereabouts are a mystery.
Just then, Wolfrun appears and steals the Bad End energy out of the frightened fairies. He uses Big Red Nose to turn the candy house into a Super Akanbe. The girls transform and fight it, but the Akanbe is too strong, even absorbing their Happy Shower and Sunny Fire attacks. The Akanbe goes rampage and knocks everyone down, including Wolfrun.
Wolfrun boasts that Märchenland is doomed, but the Cures stand and pledge to protect it. Their desire to summons the the Princess Candles, which they use to transform into their Princess Forms to defeat the Akanbe. It releases two Cure Decor pieces and they collect them as Wolfrun retreats.
They hear the Royale Queen's voice and head back to the castle. She has not yet awakened, but can speak using telepathy. She explains that the original sixteen Cure Decor pieces only had enough power to give the Pretty Cure the ability to attain the Princess Form, and reviving her will require collecting more Decors. She also reveals that Pierrot is still alive and they must work together to obtain the remaining Cure Decor to revive her.
The girls are troubled to learn that the fight is not over, but Miyuki convinces them that they can do anything if they stick together. Candy and the girls say goodbye to the fairies and Pop, and return home.

- This is the first time any full human in the Pretty Cure series has become like the mascots, although Nagisa imagined she might have to become one to enter the Garden of Light in episode 25 of Futari wa Pretty Cure.
- As this episode marks the beginning of the second half of the season, it is possible that this episode's plot mirrors the first episode of the first half of the season. In both episodes, Wolfrun is the main villain and summons a house-like Akanbe.
- In this episode, the girls tried to speak like the fairies, by adding a signature phrase behind their sentences. Miyuki, Yayoi, and Nao use variations of their names: "~miyu", "~yayo" and "~nao" respectively. Akane uses "~yanen", which is a common ending in the Kansai dialect which she uses, while Reika uses "~desu", a polite ending in keeping with her typically polite personality.
- In fairy form, Miyuki's "~miyu" sounds similar to Milk's "~miru" from Yes! Pretty Cure 5 and Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!.
- Like Akane, Tarte and Azukina from Fresh Pretty Cure! are fairies who use a Kansai dialect.
- In fairy form, Yayoi's "~yayo" is part of her name, like Syrup's "~ropu" from Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!.
- In fairy form, Nao ends her sentences with her full name, "~nao", similar to Coco's "~coco" and Nuts' "~natts", also from Yes! Pretty Cure 5 and Yes! Pretty Cure 5 GoGo!.
- Like Reika, Chypre and Coffret from Heartcatch Pretty Cure! end their phrases with "~desu".
- The Puss in Boots fairy resembles Toei Animation's mascot.
Edits in Glitter Force[]
- In the dub, the Glitter Charms (Cure Decor) for this episode and the next are seen to make up for the ones that appeared in the omitted episodes.
- Like Candy and Pop, the girls do not make fairy sounds at the end of their sentences, so the dialogue is heavily altered: Emily suggests they should be called the Pixie Force. Lily suggests Glitter Pixies because it's even better, but April thinks it sounds like a girl band. Emily asks Kelsey which name is cuter, but Kelsey says she doesn't do cute. Emily replies with "yes, you do." Emily asks Chloe what she thinks, but she just asks if she gets to play guitar.
- References to Momotaro and the Honest Woodcutter are omitted from the dub.
- When Emily rolls down the mountain she makes jokes by saying "sesame" at the end.
