Sonomiya Hana

Sonomiya Hana (園ノ宮花)^? is a novel-exclusive character from Go! Princess Pretty Cure. She is the protagonist of the novel Go! Princess Pretty Cure the Book: Hana and Refi's Adventure.

Appearance[]

Similar to Refi, Hana has russet brown hair and magenta eyes. However, compared to Refi, Hana's hair is much shorter. She usually wears a long-sleeved fuchsia blouse with pale pink floral patterns, and blue trousers.

Personality[]

Hana is a friendly and curious girl, who is a huge fan of the Princess Pretty Cure. However, she can sometimes be too careless and trusting.

Relationships[]

Inorin: Her grandmother. Hana and her grandmother share a close relationship, although Hana sometimes is afraid of her rage.
Haruno Haruka: Hana is close friends with Haruka, who she views as an older sister. She would later find out that Haruka is Cure Flora.
Nanase Yui: Her idol. Hana wishes to become a picture book author like Yui one day.

History[]

Hana is a fifth-grade girl who attends Anemone Elementary School. Due to being a regular at the Japanese confectionary shop Haruya, she becomes friends with Haruka, who is the shop's current owner.

On Halloween, Hana starts having dreams about a mysterious girl. Later, while talking with Haruka, Haruka suddenly disappears. much to Hana's surprise. While searching for Haruka with her grandmother, Hana finds a doll who resembles Refi, but along with her grandmother is sucked into the doll and sent to Night Kingdom without realizing. After finding out that she has taken on the appearance of Refi, she begins to act as the missing princess, so that the kingdom's people won't be suspicious of her. She would also find out about the four Cures' identities as well.

It is later revealed that Hana is the one who accidentally revived Night Pumpkin, after she decided to write in a suspicious notebook about her dream related to Refi. Luckily, Hana's efforts with the Cures aren't in vain, as Refi is resurrected after Night Pumpkin is defeated once more.
