Summary
It's Summer Vacation, and the Tropical Club has decided to have a Summer Training Camp at Manatsu's birthplace, Minamino Island! After creating an itinerary, the morning of departure arrives with the girls feeling very excited. But then a Zenzen Yaraneeda appears...

Synopsis
Manatsu is looking forward to their upcoming summer break, but Laura isn't excited because she just started to attend school. The others convince her that there is a lot of fun things to look forward to in Summer, like sweets and having more time to do things they like. Manatsu is looking forward to their "Tropical Club Summer Camp", but none of them have any ideas what they would do, or where to have it, or when to do it. They go over their summer plans and Manatsu brings up that she will be returning to Minamino Island, inspiring them to hold it there. She made it sound like such a nice place that they want to see it for themselves.
The girls get together to plan their itinerary, starting by the things they want to do. Sango brings up that she would like to collect seashells to make accessories, and Manatsu points out that they would be able to observe the sea life from there; they can even go scuba diving. Laura is bored by this idea, considering she is a mermaid, and she asks if there is anything else they can do. Manatsu thought of this ahead of time, revealing that by the ocean there is a cave. There is a legend that a pirate treasure is hidden deep within it, so she thought it would be fun to explore it. The island festival is coming up too, and so many yummy foods for them to try, and people to visit. Manatsu's ramblings further excite the girls as Minori writes everything down.
Aoi stops by with some watermelon for the girls, and she observes the schedule. She is surprised by how packed it is, and she suggests that because Minamino Island is such a laid-back place, the girls don't need to squeeze everything into one day. They'll have plenty of time to do what they want, so they should wait until they arrive to the island to decide what to do. The girls agree that scheduling like this might not be for them, usually they go by what to do in that moment. They decide not to follow the itinerary after all, but once Aoi leaves Manatsu admits that there is one place she would like to show the others. It's a pretty, secret beach that only she knows about.
Meanwhile, at the Witch of Delays, her henchmen don't feel like going out to work. It's too hot for them now, they would rather take the summer off. Butler agrees to relieve them of their duties; based on who brings back some motivation power. Everyone volunteers to go and he chooses Chongire, much to Numeri and Elda's frustration.
That evening, Laura and Manatsu are packing their things for the trip when they overhear Aoi on the phone. She was calling the girls' parents to make sure they were okay with her and her husband watching over them. She does have to do some work though, so she will meet with them at the ferry. With that, the girls decide to go to bed. Manatsu tells Laura that they need to go to bed early so that they are ready for tomorrow, and she asks to sleep with her because she is too excited. Laura gives in and moves over to share her bed, but as she admits to being excited too, she finds Manatsu has already fell asleep.
The next day, Manatsu and Laura wait for the others to arrive. Manatsu is still very excited as she sees others coming and going for their own summer plans, but Laura is a little grumpy over the warm weather. They are joined by Sango, who is exhausted from all the summer line cosmetics she brought with her. Manatsu offers to lighten her load as Minori appears; with an 100-volume series she wanted to read over summer, as well as a bag for her recommendations for the others. Laura offers to help her out and they look on to find Asuka effortlessly carrying everything she brought on her own. She was running late because she packed everyone lunch for the ferry.
In town, Chongire complains over the sweltering heat. But because of everyone being out, he can steal away lots of motivation power. He transforms Manatsu's suitcase into a ZenZen Yaraneeda, rendering everyone else unconscious. Once she gets free the girls transform into Pretty Cure, where they end up discovering that Manatsu's case was full of tropical melon bread. Coral blocks the various objects thrown at them, including a beach ball that the girls use to attack the suitcase Yaraneeda to knock it off balance. It shoots water at them from a bunch of water guns she packed but the girls easily dodge it, going on to ask Summer if she remembered to pack her summer homework. She admits that she didn't, but she can't go back for it now. She realizes the time and reminds them that the ferry will be leaving soon, her mom's there waiting for them.
Chongire instructs the Yaraneeda to finish the girls off, and it produces a large pair of pointy teeth to chomp on them. The girls are forced to run from it until they get the idea to attack it from above, stopping it in its place. Summer then spots a large key on the ground, and she picks it up to show the others. Coral defends them from the Yaraneeda and the girls attack it, allowing Summer to shove the key back into the lock and force its mouth shut. La Mer uses the Aqua Pot to take back the motivation power and she uses Kurukuru La Mer Stream to finish it off. Chongire leaves and the girls rush to the ferry, just making it in time to board.
Meanwhile, back at the Witches lair, Butler comes across an interesting book.
As the girls admire Asuka's lunch, Sango and Manatsu admire the ocean surrounding them. She happily points out Minamino Island approaching in the distance and they shortly arrive to find her dad and the other residents waiting.
