The Tropical Pacts (トロピカルパクト)? are the main transformation item used by the girls in Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure, which can only be opened by a human who is in possession of a Heart Kuru Ring. To transform, the girls must say the phrase Pretty Cure! Tropical Change!.
Appearance[]
The Tropical Pact is a marine blue compact with a white seashell on top of the lid. The seashell has three cerulean hearts on it along with a magenta ribbon and a gold star at the bottom. The lid also has magenta, purple, and yellow stars around it. The bottom part of the top half is pink with cerulean heart-shaped gems. The bottom part of the pact is also marine blue with stars and pearl designs. At the front is a keyhole that the Heart Kuru Ring is inserted in and it has a pink border with a seashell on top. Inside is a small mirror in the inner part of the lid and a light blue brush with a translucent seashell-shaped tip that glows every time a Cure touches the middle of the pact during the transformation.
Uses[]
The Tropical Pact can be used by the Cures to transform whenever they use their respective Heart Kuru Ring to open it.
Trivia[]
- Manatsu gave the pact its name in episode 1.
- While the user is in other's body, they would not be able to transform into a Cure with the Tropical Pact.
