Tsubota Fumi (坪田 文?) is a renowned screenwriter who has created the series composition for HUGtto! Pretty Cure, being the season's main writer. She also wrote many episode scripts for the season, and uniquely contributed to the last episode's storyboard.
Before that, she wrote episode scripts for Mahou Tsukai Pretty Cure! and KiraKira☆Pretty Cure A La Mode, and the screenplay for Pretty Cure Dream Stars!. She is known for writing for Japanese drama series.
