Tsurusaki (鶴崎)?, or more often called Professor Tsurusaki (鶴崎先生)?, is Hanasaki Tsubomi and Kurumi Erika's homeroom and Japanese teacher of Myoudou Academy in Heartcatch Pretty Cure!.

Appearance[]
As a formal teacher, Tsurusaki wears her dark violet hair pulled up into a bun with a single strand loose. She has slanted, dark blue eyes and wears a gold suit dress with an emerald top beneath it, grey tights, and black heels.
Personality[]
Tsurusaki is described as being strict with her students, but also kind and caring. She is slightly tomboyish. Despite her maturity, she is troubled by how boys dislike her personality, and is afraid to admit that she is scared of yokais and monsters.
Etymology[]
Tsurusaki (鶴崎)?: Tsuru (鶴)? means crane, while Saki (崎)? means promontory.
History[]
Tsurusaki is first seen in her classroom when she presents Tsubomi to the class. Although Erika gives Tsubomi a hard time, Tsurusaki motivates her to stand up and try again, but is at the same time amused at Tsubomi's timid personality. In class, she catches Tsubomi talking, not knowing that it was Erika who started the talk and gave her trouble. After break, without knowing, Erika talks about Tsurusaki to Tsubomi.HPC01
Some days later, when Tsurusaki is talking with a colleague, she witnesses a Desertrian made out of Myoudouin Itsuki's Heart Flower, just before it looks at her and her colleague and petrifies them both. Because of this, she is not able to see Pretty Cure in action, but is eventually saved when the Desertrian is purified.HPC07
When her students begin talking about a rumor of a masked person, Tsurusaki decides to investigate. Although trying to be brave, Tsurusaki is actually very scared due to thinking the masked person is a ghost, which gives Cobraja the opportunity to turn her into a Desertarian. Fortunately, she is purified by Blossom and Marine afterwards.HPC21
Tsurusaki is one of the survivors during the Desert Devils' attack, thanks to the Cures' help of helping her and the other survivors remain strong.
