Welcome to the fourth and final round of Phase 3! Interestingly, half of the villains in this round are from Heartcatch Pretty Cure! Weird things happen when you put a random number generator in charge...
Remember that the +6/-6 rule is still in place, and that you can vote every 12 hours.
RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS
1. Vote for whom you prefer, not whom everyone else prefers. Your vote could save a villain's life!
2. Here's how to play: make a comment giving +1 point to one villain and -1 point to another. You have to upvote a villain and downvote another villain; otherwise, your vote won't count. An example vote is:
Pisard +1, Kiriya -1
3. When a villain reaches +6 points, they will move on to Phase 4. When a villain reaches -6 points, they will be eliminated from the game. You cannot vote for a villain who has a score of +6 or -6.
4. The game moves to the next round when three villains have +7 points.
5. Unless you have permission from me, you are not allowed to edit your comment once you've posted it. Also, once you've voted, you must wait 12 hours to vote again. I can see if you've broken the rules by checking the history and time stamp of your comments, so don't try anything. ;)
6. It's okay to say that you're disappointed by the way the round turns out, but it's NOT okay to be rude or mean to other users for voting in a way you don't like.
7. I've made mistakes before, and I'm sure to make them again. If I make a mistake with counting votes, spelling a character's name, or absolutely anything else, please let me know!
8. There has been an incident of somebody making multiple accounts to make more votes than they're allowed to. This is not okay, as it ruins the game for everyone else.
