It's Dangerously Hot! (暑すぎてヤバい！ Atsu Sugite Yabai!)? is the 26th episode of Wonderful Pretty Cure! and is the 994th episode of the Pretty Cure franchise overall.
Summary[]
Komugi and the others go outside for a walk and shopping despite the extreme heat and nearly collapse before finally taking shelter at Satoru's house. But not long after they decide to go back outside, a Garugaru appears.

Synopsis[]
Komugi and Iroha are on their walk when the intense heat that morning starts getting to Iroha. However, Komugi isn't affected and still wants to walk. Meanwhile, Yuki and Mayu are going shopping for some embroidery thread and are also struggling with the heat. Heatstroke starts to settle in and they start hallucinating walking in a desert. They soon meet up with Komugi and Iroha, and Iroha is grateful that Mayu is alive. Eventually, Komugi and Yuki pass out due to dehydration and the humans start looking for water. They find a small oasis and run towards it when someone suddenly splashes water on them. They snap out of it to find it was Satoru who did that and they thank him, much to his confusion. Meanwhile, Tsuyoshi opens the refrigerator to see Niko's egg inside trying to keep cool.
Meanwhile, the Cures are at Satoru's house and are refreshed by the cool air. He serves them iced tea and tells them they can stay as long as they like. He also lets Daifuku out of his cage to play with the other animals. Komugi is excited to play with Daifuku, but Yuki isn't interested. However, Komugi insists and continues to pester Yuki, and she eventually chases after both her and Daifuku.
Iroha and Mayu then go to Satoru's room and are amazed by how many books he owns. Satoru even ordered some from overseas and translated them, resulting in Iroha complimenting his hard work. Satoru becomes flustered again and starts panicking internally while trying to figure out what to do now that Iroha's in his room. He tries to brush it off by showing Iroha several books about dogs and allowing her to borrow any. Meanwhile, Mayu watches the couple from afar and Iroha asks her what's happening with her, but Mayu claims it's just the heat.
Later, Satoru shows Iroha that it's going to be hot all week, and Iroha doesn't know what to do about Komugi's walks. Mayu suggests stopping for the summer, but Komugi has to go on walks to help exercise and relieve stress. Satoru then explains how important it is for pet owners to take care of their pets, saying how he has the air conditioner on all day and a humidifier at 50% to keep Daifuku cool. He also has Daifuku do bunny runs indoors during the summer. Then, Daifuku flops on to the ground to lie down and Komugi imitates him while try and failing to get Yuki to join them.
Then, Satoru serves everyone a meal of somen noodles and fruit jelly to cool themselves more. Mayu also brings some cooling items from Pretty Holic. This inspires Iroha to think of ways to walk Komugi while it's hot, and she gets one after Mey Mey calls Satoru. She summons Mey Mey using the Kiraniko Trunk and asks him if she can walk Komugi at Niko Garden for the rest of the summer, but he refuses. He also thinks that they're just exaggerating how hot it is and despite Iroha's warnings, he walks outside, but he quickly starts feeling the heat and passes out. Meanwhile, in town, another Garugaru egg starts to crack.
The Cures are about to leave Satoru's house really refreshed when Komugi and Yuki sense the Garugaru's presence. As they look for it, they start getting exhausted from the heat. When they finally find the Garugaru, they are worried to learn that it's based off of a camel, which can withstand the heat. Nonetheless, the Cures transform so they can rescue it quickly and get back to safety.
Right when the Cures enter the battlefield, Wonderful immediately starts to sweat. The Garugaru chews up a sign and shoots scrap metal from its mouth, and Friendy attempts to use Ribbon Barrier, but thanks to the Cures getting weaker because of the heat, the barrier is small. It continues to fire debris from its mouth and manages to beat down Wonderful and Friendy. The two attempt to calm it down, but Friendy loses her grip and Wonderful burns her hands after holding the Garugaru's metallic tail.
Then, Lillian gets an idea and calls upon the Kirarin Penguin to give her the power to glide on the pavement and cause ice to cover the ground, which cools the other Cures off and causes the Garugaru to slip. Wonderful and Friendy try to approach it again, but the ice starts to melt quickly. However, the Garugaru gets stuck and starts to get weaker because of the humidity, and Wonderful and Friendy take the opportunity to purify it with Friend Liberale and turn it back into a Niko Camel before sending it back to Niko Garden.
After rescuing the Garugaru, the Cures all head back home, but Mayu thinks she forgot something. When Komugi and Iroha arrive at their house, they are greeted by a shorn Mey Mey, and Komugi goes into hysterics. Mey Mey explains Tsuyoshi trimmed him to cool him off. Early the next morning, Iroha and Komugi go on their walk before the sun comes up because it's not as hot during that time and decide to take it easy for the rest of the summer. Meanwhile, Yuki and Mayu hallucinate again about walking through the desert, having forgotten one thing: embroidery thread.
