Trivia[]
- Wonderful Pretty Cure! is the first season to:

- feature its lead as a mascot.
- feature its lead Cure start out originally as an animal.
- have two Cures share the same catchphrase and surname.
- purify its main monster without using a proper purification attack in the first episode.

- not feature any enemy generals serving the main antagonist until the second half of the season.
- have earth animals become Pretty Cure.
- not have a brief scene before the ending of a Cure asking the audience to dance since Healin' Good♥Pretty Cure.
- avoid using any physical combat since KiraKira☆Pretty Cure A La Mode.
- According to an interview in the March 2024 issue of Animedia, Takahashi Maki, the producer of Wonderful!, has stated that the show will be shifting its focus from battles to "chase action". This means that the season will concentrate more on communication, as well as the adorable and amusing interactions between pet owners and their pets.
- According to the Wonderful Pretty Cure! Official Complete Book, this is also due to the themes of the season. However, when the villains Zakuro and Torame arrived, physical combat was considered about making a return, but it was forbidden until the last episode.
- have an official crossover with another animated series with the characters interacting in some capacity.
- have their starting team use different transformation devices.
- have two duos with separate team names.
- feature its lead be turned into a "Monster of the Week".
- feature a Cure who shares her birthday with another Cure from the past.

- have a second ending song with multiple versions since Go! Princess Pretty Cure.
- not have a Cure with a sibling.
- have all Cures summon their own unique barriers.
- not have the Cures change their outfit during summertime since Tropical-Rouge! Pretty Cure.
- not have a midseason Cure since Smile Pretty Cure!.
- However, this could be since Happiness Charge Pretty Cure!, as Cure Fortune was advertised on the poster like Nyammy and Lillian, and joined the Happiness Charge! team around the same time Nyammy and Lillian joined the Wonderful! team.
- have the Cures receive a power-up form since Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure.
- have a team in which every member has a natural hair color in their civilian forms.
- establish a couple within the main story, rather than in a spin-off sequel.
- It is also the first season to have a male supporting character and a Cure in a romantic relationship.
- not have an All Stars movie since Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure.
- have a movie attack where the Cures assume the same form as the group attack in the TV anime.
- have a New Year episode since HUGtto! Pretty Cure.
- feature a cameo of the lead Cure from the forthcoming season outside the Baton Pass since Delicious Party♡Pretty Cure.
- have its title written entirely in hiragana.
- Most of the characters' surnames in this season are named after animals.
- The only exceptions are Chiran Yuma (since she isn't from Animal Town), Kurihara and Yuuki Ayako.
- It is possible that Yuma's surname, Chiran, is derived from chinchilla (チンチラ chinchira)?. However, no official source has stated this to be the case, and given that her name simply sounds similar to that of an animal, rather than integrating kanji associated with said animal, it could very well be a coincidence.
- The only exceptions are Chiran Yuma (since she isn't from Animal Town), Kurihara and Yuuki Ayako.
- Unlike the past seasons, every Cure in the team is given the chance to narrate a next episode preview. While other seasons' previews would feature other members of the team, they would simply provide brief interjections or comments while the lead Cure performed the narration.
- Series composition Narita Yoshimi helped create the Cures' personalities.
- She also had the idea of creating the group name for Nyanderful! Pretty Cure that Cure Nyammy and Cure Lillian formed temporarily. Producer Takahashi Maki accepted this given how it would take Yuki, or Cure Nyammy, a while to get used to Iroha and Komugi.
- She also decided the Cures' names, and had a scrapped idea of naming them after the four seasons given there were four Cures. She could easily determine Wonderful and Friendy's names, but had difficulty with Nyammy and Lillian's names.
- She also brought in ideas for the Cures purifying the monsters of the season with hugs. Trapping and/or tying the monsters up was also prohibited due to the direction of the show.
- She also thought of Satoru and Iroha having a romatic relationship together. This helped to build up to the climax and excitement of the story. Mayu was also at the forefront of their relationship due to everyone being written to have an involvement with it.
