The manga adaption of Wonderful Pretty Cure! has been serialized in Nakayoshi[1] from the March 2024 issue to the February 2025 issue. It was created by the Kamikita Twins.
It replaced the Hirogaru Sky! Pretty Cure manga and was followed up by the Kimi to Idol Pretty Cure♪ manga in 2025.

The theme of this season is "bonds". Set in Animal Town, where humans and animals live together, this is a heartwarming story about the daily lives of Iroha, who loves animals, and her pet dog Komugi.
