Wonderful Pretty Cure! evolution!! (わんだふるぷりきゅあ！evolution!!, Wonderful Pretty Cure! evolution!!)^? is the opening theme for the Wonderful Pretty Cure! series, sung by Yoshitake Chihaya. The song debuted in episode 1 on February 4^th, 2024.

A version sung by Yoshitake with the four Wonderful! Cures can be found in the second single, named Wonderful Pretty Cure! evolution!! with Wonderful Precure! Ver. (わんだふるぷりきゅあ！evolution!! with Wonderful Precure! Ver.)^?. Another version sung by the four Wonderful! Cures can be found in the Vocal Best album, called Wonderful Pretty Cure! evolution!! Precure Quartet Ver. (わんだふるぷりきゅあ！evolution!! Precure Quartet Ver.)^?.

Sequence[]

A bone pops up in front of a yellow background, which is caught by Komugi. Komugi then becomes a human, and reaches out to Iroha, until they're able to hold hands. Komugi then pulls Iroha along in front of a river, with the season's logo appearing in the blue sky shortly afterward.

Iroha wakes up with Komugi wagging her tail, then feeds the hungry pup. Iroha then takes Komugi on a walk along the river, before the scene switches to Komugi and Iroha sitting with Iroha's parents. Komugi is seen watching Iroha return from school and runs down the stairs to greet Iroha, who gives her a big hug. In the Wonderful Pact, Komugi turns into her human form, followed by Iroha with the キ character, Komugi with the ミ character, and then Komugi and Iroha standing together as Komugi holds the と character.

Satoru is sitting on a bench with Daifuku and Iroha, where he's trying to explain something to Iroha, but Komugi pops up and inserts herself between the two humans. Yuki is sitting on the table watching Mayu use a sewing machine before Mey Mey appears with the Kiraniko Trunk, which opens up to reveal the Kirarin Animals. Mayu is then seen with a mysterious girl hidden in the shadows behind her, while Wonderful and Friendy are standing together with their palms pressed up against each other's palms. The two Cures open up their eyes together and are joined by Nyammy and Lillian when they jump into the sky.

From episode 12, the mysterious girl hidden in the shadows is revealed to be Yuki's human form.

The next scene shows Wonderful chasing after a Garugaru, with Friendy close behind her. Wonderful then proceeds to throw Friendy into the sky, where Friendy smiles and makes a heart with her fingers. Nyammy and Lillian stand back to back as Garugarus run around them. The two Cures glance at each other before successfully catching the Garugarus. Wonderful and Friendy are then shown running after a younger Iroha taking Komugi for a walk.

As a human, Komugi is staring at the river with Iroha as the sun sets, when she snuggles up to Iroha, causing the two girls to laugh. As the two girls walk home together, there are quick shots of Komugi and Iroha lying on their backs in the grass, Iroha hugging dog Komugi, and Iroha and human Komugi lying on their stomachs in the grass while staring at each other. Iroha is then seen waking up again, and giving Komugi a pat on the head, followed by a close up of their two Wonderful Pacts. The sequence ends on a still frame of Komugi and Iroha running through a field.

From episode 20, Yuki and Mayu are added to several of the scenes, and the Shiny Cats Pacts are added in as well.

From episode 24, the rest of the Kirarin Animals have been added.
